Per AT&Ts website this model of the One Hyper (XT2027-1) will work on their network after the 3G shutdown. I have the dual sim model and just found out that only SIM Slot 2 is 4G capable. Slot 1 is 3G only. I just worked with a AT&T tech to ensure it was configured on the network correctly. If you have a dual SIM, and only one number, try swapping it to Slot 2 and contacting AT&T support.

Luna, 03 Sep 2021I'd like to mirror the other folks here who have gotte... moreI just spoke with Motorola today and they told me that this phone (which I love) is a 4G phone. I then called my carrier, AT&T, and they said that a 4G phone will work on their system after their update in February 2022. Only 2G and 3G phones will not work on the upgraded AT&T system. I kept getting texts from AT&T saying my phone will not be compatible come February. I'm sure that has helped them sell many, many new phones to people who did not have to. The AT&T rep I spoke with put a block on my account so I will no longer receive those messages.

I'd like to mirror the other folks here who have gotten this phone to use on AT&T's network where it will no longer be compatible, which is pretty darn disappointing. I guess it being built as a budget friendly device has its downsides, but I expected that those would be only in quality or performance, not compatibility after just over a year! I only learned this a month in advance before the phone would no longer function with my plan, with the information that this could be a possibility not being clear from either company. Technically it can be considered my fault for bringing my own device and not knowing every little detail, but it still stinks. I like this phone otherwise, it's pretty darn nice considering its pricepoint. Like the big and fairly pleasant screen, pop-up average-quality selfie camera, moto actions, powerful enough to handle a variety of things at once, terrific battery life under basic use cases, and so on are all great. There's like *NO* good cases for it though, haha.

I definitely do not recommend this phone.
I bought it over a year ago because it was supposed to take great pictures, and it does not stand up to the hype at all. I've always loved Moto, but this is making me jump to another brand.
It's a pretty color is about the only nice thing I can say about it.

It cost a lot of money (for me) and now AT&T says it'll be useless in very near future when they go to 5G and for Motorola to know this and not say anything but let me purchase phone is just wrong in all kinds of ways . I was loyal to Motorola since old phone days and flip phones and now smart phones . My loyalty ends now unless they do something for me to help me . I'm unemployed now and can't afford or shouldn't have to purchase new phone . If no help from Motorola , then this is the end of our long relationship and I will warn others of their unacceptable treatment of customers

amiNima, 19 May 2021Hi . I'm not found Vo.LTE . Pls help me TnxMotorola sold their Hyper One phones, which do not have VO-LTE. Motorola knew that these phones would be useless on ATT and possibly other carriers as well, but never told their customers that bought these phones. Some older model Motorola phones have VO-LTE and will be compatible, but not ours. Sorry folks, if you bought a Hyper One, Motorola screwed us to improve their bottom line. Our phones will become paper weights very soon. They should be forced to return our money. I signed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

PODZO, 18 May 2021I still didn't receive android 11 and I am still stuck... moreI received the Android 11 update early on the morning of May 1 and am currently running the March 2021 security update.
I'm in the U.S. and am using the U.S. version of the One Hyper.
When updates get rolled out is a function of the version of the phone in question. I'm sure that you'll receive the update soon.

hi I'm back again 🤣😂🍻 after too many researches i figured it out why motocamera go mad and how to real fix with any version of moto camera 2 , first of all i taste moto g9 power and hoawei p30 lite , all phones at 1080p 60 getting mad at focus and gets too many focuses at less than a minute. turn 1080p 60 off on any phone you have and it will be fixed.
second one... this is nothing can be fixed by manufacturer because of limitations of camera sensor. it can't do 1080p 60 and it straggle to do such high frame rate.
turn the setting down to 1080p 30 fps and it will do just fine.

hello again , I'm back! , after a year i have found a fix to my motorola one hyper camera 😋. go to Google play app and then to my app and games , at installed or updates section find Moto Camera 2 and uninstall it and check the version of default version of 7.2.91.67 is the right version and uncheck the automatic update for this app on the upper right corner.
it's done. your camera parameters all fixed. no more noises and AF never going mad anymore. 🍻

I have motorola one hyper mobile phone last 4 month back purchase but display touch small damaged so working mobile l need replacement display touch in the market not available and check motorola service center has not available in ksa.

Was good at £270 apparently. Son bought one and loves it. At £190 + free ear buds, it’s a steal. 3rd Motorola phone. Old X4 will sell for £50. What’s not to like?
