Hello, I bought Moto One Power barely a week ago and already it has some issues.
When operating it occasionally hangs starting with the screen freezing from the top side then goes on "ghost-like" mode, where it will drop the curtain, open or navigate apps then it gets unresponsive until you lock then unlock the phone.
Anyone with a diagnosis and solution to this please help.

Pros: 1. Good battery life
Cons: 1. Camera app (Missing a lot of good features)
2. Audio Quality (I don't know if my unit is just defective but the sound that coming from the speaker is terrible even the dolby atmos is activated)
3. Lenovo P2 is better in all aspect considering this phone is made in 2016.
I'm really disappointed, I thought this would be a great replacement for the P2 but I was wrong.

Anonymous, 02 Apr 2019Hi everyone, I'm using Motorola p30 note , I'm having issue... more1st connect your phone to your pc and go to develop mode ( to access this go to your settings and then : about : then tap 7 times on your phone build number )
after that allow usb debug mode and select the MTP protocol files transfer
then go to APKmirror site on your pc and download latest version of google play store and google services and copy them to your phone and install them

Corning Gorilla is for namesake. No Screen protection. Displayed splashed when missed from a feet height.

Was worried about the quality since my g4+ had screen ghosting (memory) issues which these guys never acknowledged. I would struggle thru a day to keep my g4,+ juiced up but the 5000mah battery along with optimisations ensure I end up the day with min 30-35% juice left. Use wifi fi most of the time.
Considered the mi/redmi equivalents but the battery was the deciding factor for paying more and ending up with this phone.. And Android one

Am considering buying the Motorola One Power for its huge battery + Type-C port + bundled Fast Charger & Android One which assures regular s/w updates & upgrade to next two Android versions. But, I heard that Motorola (owned by Lenovo) doesn't release s/w updates on time, and also after Android Pie update this phone has some network fluctuation issues. How is the network reception & call quality after Android Pie update on this one ? Also, after Pie update, has battery life improved (considering that Pie optimizes battery mgmt too) ?
