i love and hate it. its got eveything except a notepad or something to type in beside tasks. also bad battery life unless u use the high capacity batt. BUT y would you? it makes the phone all fat and takes away the sleekness of it. its also kinda slow...
wish it had wifi and gps

I don't understand many of the gripes about the Q. I've had "stick" phones and two handed operation is a thing of the past; IMHO. NOT haveing to use a stylus is the future. My Q is a much better phone than my i730 ever thought of being and can do everything the i730 could ... that I want it to. (I never edited word or xcel docs on my phone anyway.)

A similar device that is GSM based worthy of consideration is Samsung i320 (EDGE) adn i607 (UMTS\HSDPA)

Umm so im a little bit confused...I thought that this phone is gonna be released for GSM but Verizon seemd to have snatched it...So is there any confirmation that this phone is gonna come out for GSM? I really want this phone but I refuse to get it with Verizon.

This phone looks great but is a pain to operate. I miss lots of calls, dialers say the phone rings and rings with no answer. The system freezes and needs to be reset. Verizon gave me the run around. They told me to go to the store for replacement. Got to the store they told me only data tech could send out a new phone. Seems like an awful lot of quirks.
Do not buy this phone unless you like being frustrated.

Hey Mike, there are tons of free apps out there. I have a free notes program on my Q that works great. Go to everythingq.com and look at the forum. Lots of great info to make this the best phone for your needs.

My Q phone frequently fails to dial out. It will say "Dialing..." but never go any further. If I hang up and try again, I'll get "Operation failed" over and over again until I completely turn it off - sometimes twice.

I was also disappointed to discover, after I'd bought it, that it doesn't support "Notes" (voice notes, yes, but not typed notes of the kind that Outlook supports).
