WiFi doesn't matter in a device like this. Get over it. Thishas the right mixture of technologies and battery life. I'd rather have a phone that doesn't die on me than WiFi.

The keyboard looks like a killer feature as well. Short text emails, notes -- perfect.

No Wi-Fi, it's a joke. Why Motorola doesn't listen. No wi-fi as a result of that no way I buy this phone!

How can you have a rating poll for features and performance for a device that isn't even out yet??????

Some of you folks are weird, ever consider that some people out there don't need a megapixel camera, bluetooth, edge, umts?

Also note, not everywhere in the world has UMTS yet!

Motorola is doing a good job, trying to please all markets. Probably when the rest of the world catches up, they'll released more phones suited to what's avaialble.

                No WLAN (Wi-Fi)?
                No 3G?
                Is it a joke?
...or maybe mistake on the site!?

peopleee...This phone is fantastic HOWEVER!?! The battery life, speed and screen resolution and pixels are equevilant to a standard motorola. This phone is reliable but i sugest you do not rely on it in tough or desparet situations. Other than the the standrad relyability its a great phone etc..

It seems that Motorola likes to put the free stupid space in the new phone editions like Motorola V3 with the fat thing and this also has that, do something better like a real razor fine phone.

Personally I would say the Motorola Q is a brillant phone , in particular I miss WIFI/WLAN or 3G connection possibility. Further without the keyboard (vitual keyboard is available) would increase the size of the screen and allow better picturing and work ease. Hopefuly Motorola could consider a "Motorola Q²" with the above mentioned configuration.

I saw this phone in person. A motorola client came into work and he had this phone. It really is a marvel to see up close.

Nice design but it should be included with FM Radio, TV OUTPUT,3MP CAMERA WITH MOVIE 30 fps,TOUCHSREEN and if possible built in micro hard drive.

From the specs, this phone looks great. Granted WiFi would be nice, it makes up for it with EDGE. The touch screen issue- with Windows Mobile 5.0 for Smartphones, I dont think a touchscreen would be all that useful. Besides, they are annoying in phones built like this because you accidently press things on the screen, it gets oily from touching your face, and touchscreens are fairly fragile when it comes to being in a phone that is not protected by a flip.
I think this phone will kill the Treo, or at least put a serious dent in Palmone. I think it is about time WIndows Mobile came out with something great, and this is it.

It's a great device but the MEMORY could be doubled and WIFI could make this it one of the best in the market.
                                      *Remember the RAZR impact*

Once the production goes to sale, there is no way to upgrade the hardware, but software only.
The only way you can get anything changed, is if you go to Motorola Production Press, and tell them to upgrade the hardware (doubt it will happen) but they are the only ones who can do and modify changes.
