Although a bit slow and odd shaped, my Q 9h's most impressive ability so far has been completely understated. It is the most sturdy phone I have ever encountered! I've dropped it, thrown it and smacked it and it barely has a scratch to show for all the abuse.

Anonymous, 23 Jul 2008I wish companies would stop using the term global when it d... morei don't think so, i'm in indonesia and mine's work in gsm 900/1800, 850/1900, and WCDMA 2100 (HSDPA).
and it's blackberry connectivity capable.
and so far i haven't got any problem using the phone and the features because i've been using it to email and edit my works (pictures, sounds, powerpoint presentation, excel reports, etc)

This phone does not work for me. I have to toggle back and forth for work and home email. I'll be searching web and it just drops off internet.
I'm returning phone in my 30 days. Can't be frustrated using a cell phone.

I wish companies would stop using the term global when it does not work in Japan. No WCDMA/HSDPA 2100 for the US version or if you get the Euro/Asia version no HSDPA 850/1900.
User interface is clunky, but what can you expect from WM device.
Keyboard is bad compare to BlackBerry, Navigation is a step backward, atleast the TILT had scroll wheel and you can use the stylus.
Limited support on multi-lingual. I wish Microsoft would release official language packs for WM devices like they did with Windows. This just like Tilt and other WM device will require hacking the registry keys and manually loading language cab files.

... and Motorola Q9h runs Windows, which is more advanced OS than Symbian (at least better for smartphones)...
It supports multiple email clients (ActiveSync, GOOD, Seven, ...), document editing, supports MS media formats, Opera and IE browsers, 8 dedicated keys for quick access to main applications...
