    You couldn't possibly have one of these phones as they are not even finished testing! Its sad people think they have to lie about the phones they own.

                Being the actor that I am, I have had the chance to own some of the coolest phones. The phones pictured in my movies are usually my real phones. Recently I put out a movie on Disney Channel called High School Musical; I play the main character 'Troy'. Due to the overwhelming response of that movie, my producers have offered to give me some of the coolest phones on the market, I chose the Moto Q Q9. It' is a cool phone and allows me to keep up with a lot and stay organized! -Kool Fone-

                  It's rated low because we are sick and tired of Moto vaporware product announcements two years before they actually get around to releasing the actual phone. The Q was origionally announced Jul 25 2005, you can count for yourself, here in Asia if the Q9 is released in the second quarter of 2007 that will be two years for a Q. HeloMoto? Hello Vaporware.

                        @kal

                        Lol, BlackJack, the worst windows phone, i think i would prefer HTC excalibur.

                        This one is better than the original Q, but to be frank, i think original Q in black is better than this, but i somehow like this keypad

                          I loved the Q in black, they really did improve on it, in literally everyway. The one downside to this and the blackjack, is the screen size, its a tad to small but its still useable im 90% sure im getting this, jsut gotta play around with it first.

                            Shame that it doesn't have wlan. It seem moto haven't really manage to include that into their thin platform yet.

                              the original Q in black looks more like the blackjack than this. not sure how that's relevant.

                              if you could see the q9 in a different color you wouldn't notice any similarities.

                                I liked the original Q design. It was somewhat unique... with the round navigation key and all, sorry to say but its now looking more like Blackjack.

                                  phonescoop.com's editor did an analysis of the motorola q9.

                                  he found that it was an improvement in every way over the original.

                                  "The original Q had an odd size ratio that was unusually long, and it's size/weight ratio made it feel slightly cheap. The new Q9 suffers from neither issue, with a size, shape, and weight that feels perfectly balanced and solid.

                                  The keyboard is the biggest single improvement. The new keys are simply fantastic. One nice thing about the original Q was how the extended bottom section gave you plenty to hold on to while typing with your thumbs. When you first see the Q9, you might think the buttons are too close to the bottom to type while keeping the phone comfortably balanced, but in fact the way the bottom edge is beveled out makes it surprisingly easy to hold and type."

                                  more in article here at phonescoop.com:

                                  i realize it is not as attractive as the original was when it premiered but motorola had to balance functionality with design if they wanted to be taken seriously in the smartphone field. they've done a fine job as it looks to have the most comfortable keyboard of the smartphones and a more hefty, durable plastic instead of the cheaper feel of the original Q.

                                        Windows Mobile 6 is an improvement.
