there's no way to move apps to sd card because this feature is supported from android 2.2 and above!!! this is crappy phone, better buy galaxy mini!

motorola xt502 does have multitasking.....motorola has confirmed that xt502 will remain on android 2.1 as of now.......i used this handset was pretty much happy with its performance....battery backup increased as i got to regular use......rest phone is good......camera quality is average.....touch screen is awesum....

i just bought this phone yesterday ,surprised that could not save the andriod applications on the external sd(2 giga) ,need solve this problem soon , i can't download more application form andriod , help please...

In April 2011 I purchased my new Motorola XT5 phone. This was my 3rd Motorola phone and I was very happy with my first 2 phones - both of which are still working. This will be my last Motorola phone as I have had nothing but trouble with it. The instruction leaflet given with the phone explained nothing, people working in phone selling shops in 3 countries have been unable to answer my questions or get the phone to work the way I think it should work. I have missed more phone calls and messages since having this phone (5 months) than I have have with all my other phones put together (first phone(nokia) purchased in 1995.) From Meryl Phone number is 0418663081. I am in the process of changing to the Woolworths pre paid network and activated Or rather tried to activate my new sim card 2 hours 30 minutes age. So far the activation is still pending. My daughter who has a nokia phone changed to the woolworths plan 3 days ago in less than 20 minutes. A phone call to Optus was little or no help his advice was to leave it another 2 hours which would be 10pm. As I was up this morning at 4.15am to go to work and have to be up tomorrow morning at the same time I will not be waiting for the Sim card to activate so that I can recharge my phone. Buy another Motorola phone NOT EVER GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!

Hey guys! Which one u think i should buy, Nokia C5-5MP or MOTO XT502?? Price of both is same...
MOTO XT502 has capacitive touchscreen and wifi... Camera, Ram and CPU clock speed of both is same, but MOTO XT502 has android 600mhz... And also does MOTO XT502 support multitasking...? Plz i need an expert's view...

stuck on cool down mode... tried turning off and on, remove battery, factory reset, and actually putting the phone in the fridge! nothing is working... what to do?

Very worst Phone.. After 5 months of purchase Camera is not working.. Very Very Very worst customer service centre in Hyderabad. Took 4 week for repair.. Phone is too slow and battery drains like anything.

Worst phone i have ever purchased. Battery lasts in 1 hour if it is in full bright mode. Hangs down for 1-2 minute when you disconnect conversation. Camera problem and not so good for picture as well. can not charge its battery sometimes, it shows temperature exceeds limit.. and more..more..more problems....

I have had a very bad experience with customer service. It sucks..
1 . Only 4 months after I purchased the phone, I started having problems with the camera. It suddenly stops and you cant take pictures.
2. Ringing volume is low.
3. I have problems playing videos also. It hangs in the middle of the song.
4. No local radio.
I am not satisfied with the phone..not worth the price..
