i dnt have words to express this it is the best cell i have ever u i have record that i dnt kep cell for more than 1month fether it is of 20000 or 40000 bt i m having this cell for last 2 months dudes in my opinion go for razr 2 the best in india

100% sure not v9, it's v8 and in the box they write it espresso, not the one in the gsmarena, which is dark pearl grey, by the way i still love the phone. at first the battery life is so poor, but after 2 times i drained it, now is going far more better, anyway thanks for the information

The brown one is the new 2GB version, which is the new color and should not be confused with the reddish V9 model.

This is common for some Motos and it's quite convinient, indeed. In silent mode there's no reminder.

yeh I contacted motorola about this. They said there is no way of taking it off. Maybe in the new firmware.

Wah "hi guys i need some help here. I bought my motorola v8 today. when I get a missed call or get a text which I dont read. My phone vibrates again after a couple of minutes. What is this how do i take it off?"
I do have same problem and I have not been able to make the phone stop vaberating. It is not easy to sleep hearing phone vaberate every few minutes. Good Job Motorola. Good Feature. Battery life look okay but when start going down then it goes fast. Other problem with v8 which I did not experiance with Maxx V6 is if you have a long name in your phone book then does show the whole name.
I am not sure who are the engineers at Motorola making these phones. Why not look at others phone see how they do it Motorola.They were number one in early 90's and now they not even rated top 3. I think they forget to include 3G in V8 too which was included in MAXX V6.

Hi guys, i want to know how many colour of this v8? because i just got mine, but it's not dark pearl gray like in this web site, i got espresso colour, it's rather polish brown.... somebody please tell me that's an original moto or not?
