Though I do also have to admit that since then Motorola haven't been the same at all

Darn it, I was hoping for a FM-radio...GPS is a plus, but a radio would make this music phone complete...and I may have just bought one...

Also, you could get the same features and more with other manufacturers like this one by just changing models. You're left with a stylish and feature rich phone...
-unlike Nokia, It's feature rich but it's ugly and it's a brick!!! It's better to have them both.

BApe, 23 Oct 2008So what if V3 sold? It was cheap with cheap hardware, the N... moreno way has the n95 outsold the v3...i work in mobile retail; when the v3 first came out and we sold loads of them for years...not months but years... people still come in asking for them now even... they wont be asking for the n95 years down the line trust me....

BApe, 23 Oct 2008So what if V3 sold? It was cheap with cheap hardware, the N... moreBelieve when V3 was first available, nobody was dare to make such "slim" flip phone...

And look at the almighty brand's "attempt" on the slim flip phone market with its N76...I've heard many shops stop selling this phone due to quality problems.

If V3 doesn't look good when it was first release, how come so many people rushed to get a copy? From what I remember, the original V3 cost more than US$300 (if not more). So why people didn't rush to get an N93?

Ask your gf or wife or mother or mother-in-law or grandma and see if she wants to carry a "brick" N93 or a "light" V3?

I have a moto V8 and it can barely get thruogh a full day with the battery life. This V9x won't get me through half my day. Whats up with that MOTO.

It was cheap with cheap hardware, the N93 was expensive and was feature rich. The N93i is beautiful, it looked much better than the cheap poor people V3. So what if N93 was a brick, i'd rather have that and be satisfied than take some boring and useless V3. N93 didnt sell a lot cause it was expensive, BUT the N95 OUT SOLD THE V3! Hahaha!

                        TV-Out
3.2mp Carl Zeiss Cam with 3x Optical Zoom
                        Laptop Mode
                        2.4inch screen
                        Wi-Fi b/g with UPnP
                        Large 1100mAh Li-Po battery
Video recording AND playback at VGA 30FPS
                        Stereo sound recording (2 mics)
And best of all Symbian S60v3 making at FAR more versatile and functional software and hardware wise than any MOTO! So the All Mighty NOKIA still rule even when it comes to flip phones, not a single moto can stand its ground against the mighty N93.

John, 19 Oct 2008If you looking for today generation phone why you are not l... moreEach brand has its specialty, and Moto is good with its flip phone.

No upgrade for Razor? From the "plain" V3, V3i, V3X, V6, V8, V9. V9X...from 0.3mp cam with no external memroy, to 2.0mp (not a lot for sure) and 8GB external memory, 2G to 3.5G...small external mon to 2.0" and most importantly for a phone...Crystal Talk....you call all of the above being no upgrade?

Think about when was the last time the almighty brand offered a (top-of-the-line) flip phone? N76? How was the quality? Paint kept coming off? Flip can't be fully opened with headphone plugged in?

Anonymous, 19 Oct 2008It says you can do videocalling but I don't see how that's ... moreQuite inconvenient, though V9x should support video call with single cam like V9...which I'm using.

For outgoing call, one has to dial the v-call and then close the flip.

For incoming call, simply answer the v-call without opening the flip.

Two cams are better than one cam, one cam is better than no cam...that's all folks.

If you looking for today generation phone why you are not looking at Samsung / Nokia and so on. Motorola is phone in past. They been making RAZR I do not know for how long. They do not even upgrade the RAZR. Only upgrade the pacakge and not the preformance. Even company has been for sell but no one buy it.
