I bought the RAZR in 2020. It worked well for 1 year. After that the phone became slow, very few updates, control buttons not working, took forever to update incoming mail, logging onto internet along with the worst customer service in the industry...
The battery may be faulty and it pushed the display after inflated. So check it out.
