I bet you any money that the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 would've been a whole lot better if this Razr and other foldable phones would be released in the US and other parts of the world also. That's the problem. Samsung currently has no competition to deal with, which is likely WHY they only made refinements and nothing more. I don't understand why Motorola is keeping this phone limited to China.

The width is almost 80mm. This will be very uncomfortable for small hands. Please make narrow phones! I dont want a foldable tablet!

I've heard about issues in the past where there's huge batter drain, apps do not update properly and notifications are delayed

It's a nice looking phone.
But where is the Star Tac lip at the bottom. It should be able to stay fixed in a bent position with Keyboard on the lower size. It's too wide and it shows in the pocket even if its short.
It doesn't look anything like a old school FLIP PHONE any more.
WE NEED A SMALL and NARROW flip phone like the StarTac or the Kramer. Seriously!

It looks like a much solied and better phone than previous ones. And it a major concern

Im not a fan of big phones. own the flip 3. its width is a nice size, but has an unusually tall screen ratio.
i'm in the UK; Ive ordered 2 straight from China. Hardware already covers western 4/5g frequencies, English option straight out of the box, and google services are a doddle to instal on chinese Motorolas'. This phone was definitely designed for global release.

This ain't a Razr to me. The looks are now more or less generic, it can easily be a Samsung Flip or simply just a foldable Lenovo. The iconic retro Razr look of the former two iterations (especially the 2019 Razr) is completely gone. The camera positioning is also misplaced in my opinion. It doesn't look bad by any means, in fact it's quite a looker but It simply doesn't give me any Razr like feeling that this Motorola deserves. A missed opportunity.
