Honestly I still don’t see the point of folding phones. It really just feels like another way phone companies will convince us to keep buying new phones so that they can keep making increasingly more profit while using conflict minerals like cobalt to keep building more devices that will eventually end up as ewaste.

There maybe a reason why nowadays phones dont have SD cards.

It's 2024, the card slot and 3.5mm jack started being removed a good couple of years back now, and while nobody is happy about it, whining about it won't bring them back.

No card slot means NO BUY. Period.
They present phones as multimedia devices and then they remove the SD slot so you are limited tot photos and videos. And of course push you to pay for cloud services where you do not own your data.

Hmm. I think they should add some more crazy stuff for an Ultra phone, such as a faster charging speed, and a better zoom range( 3x or 4x optical zoom instead of 2x).
