[deleted post]motorola and iphones are totally different as they have different os. how can u tell this maya? i experienced both of them. they are both good in their own way. so they are not compareable.

yesterday i spilled my coffee on RAZZ MAXX,then i asked my wife to clean it, then my wife cleaned it on sink.. today there is a dog barking infront of my house n i asked my son to chase it,,then my son took my RAZZMXX n throwed it to that dog..and i keep watching the tv..

Beside, 1 gigs duel core is a fast enough processor to keep your phone running smoothly.
Motorola Razr Maxx is a flawless phone. Extremely good looking, very well built. I'm proud to own this phone.

By the way, i have locked my i phone 4gs in my drawer permanently. Razr Maxx beats i phone all the way.

I'm in Egypt & just got the notification for the ICS update (375MB) couple of hours ago.
I currently don't have a WiFi connection right now and surely won't do it over the 3G network.
Hopefully I'll give you an update once I download it.

Dear All,
Iam using RAZR MAXX from 15 days now. First of all, iam not 'FAN boy' of anyone nor my opinion and experience are biased. If any one has solution other than upgrading to ICS for below issues kindly let me know.
Iam corporate mail user and previously used SAMSUNG G2 for one year without much issues except battery. For the very reason i have migrated to RAZR MAXX with GB 2.4.6 recently.
Issues: 1) Default exchange mail sync app sucks. works fine on WIFI but when switched to EDGE or on 3G, shows 'no connectivity' when there was smooth browsing happening on default browser. 2) contact info shared through simple SMS is missing as it converts contact into MMS.3) EDGE browsing is slow and pathetic on default browser.
The above issues are not at all there in SAMSUNG G2 and was smooth all the way.

if feel its still too expensive , u can buy a Galaxy 3 for it.. im not saying its better.. i personally luv the razr max i feel its a great phone but overpriced.. if u can buy the razr and upgrade the battery if works out much cheaper doesnt it . ?

Nearly all phones have a moment of "weirdness" where they freeze or unexpectedly shut down on you!
Been running the Max for a few months now ... No glitches, no unexplained turn offs, no uncertainty whatsoever!
It seems the phone has the right combination of CPU speed,ram,screen architecture and of course BATTERY LIFE etc. It does everything all the other phones can so whilst working well within it's capabilities.
On numerous occasions my iPhone mates have grabbed my maxx to give it a work over ... Always the response is what a great phone ... It seems they've been locked into the mindset that only Apple make praise worthy phones ... It's almost like they've been brainwashed!! It's really quite bazaar!
BTW, I have an iPhone 4 ... It lives in the drawer at home!

I think there is no review for Razr Maxx is GSMarena because is pretty much the same phone as Razr, only the higher battery capacity is different, so you can check the review of the normal Razr to know specs and comparisons with other phones. What you can be sure is that Razr maxx battery is the benchmark for all the other phones

All phones that you can take the battery out can be upgraded to a bigger and better battery, it is sad that you give such a hefty price for a phone and the providers don't put a bigger battery in them! You are right come on Apple listen to your customers!

What a phone! You have to try your hardest to run the battery out in a day ... It truly is amazing!
I'm staggered why other makers haven't realized that battery life matters! Faster processors, hi tech design, battery draining apps!
Come on Apple ... What about an iPhone 5 with decent battery specs ... Stop suing everyone and concentrate on a better product!
