Got this phone about a month or so ago. Great phone in almost all areas. For me the worst part of it is the resolution of the screen. It really should be higher. And has an annoying white background in the menus. The single worst part - by far - is the vibration. Or rather the lack of it. I thought my Samsungs were bad. (SGS, SGN and SGT) This one doesn't even come close. Have this in your pocket or in your belt, and you'd probably not feel it vibrating. Main reason why I'm considering getting rid of it. Though the battery part is great. No other smartphone even comes close. Which is why I landed on this phone in the first place.

On the Motorola website the phone is listed as having no speakerphone. On your review is listed as having loudspeaker. Which one is correct?

problem, 21 Jul 2012razr maxx got many pro blem with internet and playstore. Had the same problem,reset phone and each time it downloaded 12 update, I did this a few times, started to get cross at this, then decided to reset again, but this time , only updated google maps,motorola update and google voice. and now works fine ,internet and play store are now fine.

The outdated user cache may create abnormal behavior.
Ph may not boot
Few of the apps crashes
Repeated request to network to get the data links which may hogg the battery to 0% within hours.
Its better to hard-reset after ICS update.

My Maxx battery was lasting 3 full days.. after ICS update now lasting 2 days only. (3 hours of music, few local & STD calls & using WiFi & few live widgets per day)
So irrespective of what i have installed, ICS takes 1.5 times more battery than gingerbread :-((
