if you really look at the ppone you wont se much that looks lika a ordinary v3. razr is motorolas thing for superthin and I don't think you can find any thinner 3gphone om the market that doesn't say motorola on it. As a fact, v3x and v3xx + maxx is the thinnest 3g on the market today. They all have different segments for costumers. Look at N and SO, they upgrade their hpones to, put an I after or have the same style. z710 and w710, it's the same thing there.
The v3 isa huge sucell for moto, you maybe haven't seen the numbers but they sold a lot, a lot of them!
Software, they complain because it's nearly all the same on the phones. I like moto, I like motos menysystem, it's a matter of taste.
Quality, better than the plastic SE and or the ygly nokia. See for yourself.

motorola make new phones... u just make bad phones then upgrade them wen u can just make a good phone to start with.... people who loves motorola cmon ppl we all know that theyre all crap phones software is bad all the good thing bout it is the looks... but the looks is old now.... so motorola make new phones...

Just one Question:
Can it open picts bigger than 1.92 megapixels ?
(1600pix X 1200pix = 1920000pix = 1.92 mpix)

Keep taking pics with the maxx! It's interesting to see the quality. Take various pics of landscape, cars etc so we can see the balance in colours, noise, blur etc.

btw I forgot to say that the blue lines and the moto logo on the front light up as soon as you receive a call....abd you can choose among 3 different patterns :-)

Yes, I can't think of any phone that has the slim design, beauty and the techs. For example it ain't many phones who have HSDPA at the moment. I just love the way moto makes their phones!

well, compared with other phones on the market, its battery life is average indeed. I also got V3xx along with maxx and v3xx is definitely better as far as battery life is concerned

video conferencing: haven't tried it yet. I'll let you know as soon as I do
battery life: average. with a talk time of approx. 2 hours a day, 1 hour of games and surfing the battery lasted for a bit less than 48 hours
