motorola.. most useless and pathetic phones i have ever seen and used, especially the V3, V3x and the list continues.. lack memory, features such as radio and definately need a new look than that same old patthetic "thin" flip. i would choose SE or Nokia over this company anyday. poor camera, poor video quality and below average loudspeaker quality.

infrared? lol, who gives a flying turd about infrared? it's about to be 2007, the technology is dead and only nokia fanboys clamor for it.
nokia and se are only now beginning to make slim phones. they're three years behind. and if it wasn't for creating gargantuan thick bodies to put them in, nokia wouldn't have half the features they do now.
try to put an N series phone in your shirt pocket why don't you. i'd much rather have RAZR maxx.

yeah,..
moto has great slim, sleek design and i like it, BUT... it still has the same features.
if it adds one new feature to a new model, it takes away another one...
and, why doesnt it have infrared?
and the camera... that's one of my questions with moto.. other camera phones are way better..
but, still... i can say it's a nice phone.

Razr Maxx has obviously put the fear of God into you all now everyone's gettin mad... Motorola rules so just live with it.
This is a democratic forum... why can't you all just accept defeat?... why can't u all accept that no matter what you say and cry about... it is only our negative experiences that will convince us from switching from the original phone to the imitating toyphones ya'll are crazy about?... why can't ya'll be democratic instead of exhibiting "demonstrations of crase" and "crazy demonstrations"?...in Motorola world we'll rather do "democracy".
Concerning the ratings... they were previously incorrect and had SE and Nokia rated the highest when Motorola was actually the highest. I posted this question to the moderators on the 5th of this month and they have responded properly... correcting their mistake. Like in the movie... ya'll want the truth?... ya'll can't even handle the truth.
Here's my post on the 5th of December:
"Quick question for the moderators...
just looked at ur phone rankings by Rate and i noticed it had SE and Nokia's only with the higest rating at 8.3 followed by 8.2 etc... looking at the Razr Maxx rating is 8.3666.. on average so why is it not included???
You guy's are just plain biased... or my calculations are incorrect and i demand an explanation.

LMAO, oh yes SE changes their design so often. after that one Walkman candybar they left behind, they've been blazing a serious trail of new and fresh designs.

you're hypocrites. SE has made more phones off one design than moto. nokia hasn't changed their overall look since the beginning of time. my god, go to the nokia page and look at those cheap candybar phones, you can't tell which is which!
only difference is that motorola does more with less, selling lots of one or three phones instead of 20 so you crap on RAZR series as being the same.
how many black sliders has samsung made that you can't tell from d500? forget that, how many of all form factor phones has samsung made from that dull black layout? how many chocolate phone variations has LG made now?
please come down off your falsely built high horses. motorola does nothing different than all other creators.

the razr series is the worst phones i ever seen... using same design over and over only adding like a new feature/buttons each time... i would prefer SE over moto... moto keep using the same design... cant they change it....

Sadness....
Went to o2 and after one friendly chap went thru it on their stock records, it turns out O2 is only going to get the RAZR V3xx and not the RAZR MAxx....
Sigh.

dude, compare the price of the N95, the price is what make the thing different !! if the features add, the higher price, that's all, no argument , the best phone is always the phone that fits its price and features. N95, I bet it'll be like .... 1000$ ??

i think they should continue designs like this. its the trademark of the motorola razr series. but for me the KRZR is the most crap razr of all!!

Razor series have the worse menu layout. This phone can become superhit if they add windows smartphone so that user can configure. Like in moto mpx200 & mpx220
Good for looks but too bad for menu & navigation. I gave back in just two days.

i hate motorola now they just wont make up a new handset all the same style keypad the same menu the same... and always faulty specially the v3 series i work in a phone shop and believe me its the most unreliable phone i know it looks good but its not just about the looks now....

motorola razr phones are not really design well... they keep using the same look over and over again... cant they change the look? this is like the exact same thing as the razr v3

first, this is a 3G HSDPA phone, whereas D900 is only a 2G phone...
second, D900's selling point is slim and the camera whereas Maxx's selling point is high speed, slim, and music.
so, there can't really be a comparison between the two phones.

Well, the mobile phone it looks cool. There is no words to express. I will sure buy it when it comes reasonable. Hope that in Singapore this model is now available for sale.
