this phone is the biggest dissapointment ever! i haven't dropped it or ne thing. i was just texting my girl friend and all of the sudden the screen goes blank and wont come back on!

i bought one of these phones.. it was second hand... and had been used by a lady... however, I had no problems of any kind with it... it was just ok... even the software for uploading worked perfectly... for me it was a stylish phone, with no tehnology in it... i bought it because i wanted a nice looking phone that i could use to send sms and call... and it worked just perfect... i also used it with a plantronics bluetooth earphone... no problems again... signal was ok and battery lasted 3 days at normal use... nothing to complain at all

This phone is junk. Screen freezing and having to reboot it constantly. Company admits there is a defect in them however refuses to replace them outside of 1 year warranty. Funny enough I got it replaced for a non-related problem 4 months ago. The original warranty still applies though to a replacement so I got screwed even after they knowing admit to these things being lemons. Screw Motorola, they do not care for their
customers only their bank roll.

hello people, i used to work for Motorola a few years ago, just when the v3 was released, and you cant imagine the numbers of problems the phone has. its the worst phone motorola made ever! first of all, it was manufactured as such great scale, that all the quality processes that these people use, were totally neglected,they were thinking in the enormous profit they´ll have, instead of the quality of the phone. thats one point, also, there was a huge list of know-problems, white display, poor keypad s/w issues, such as boot loader file was corrupted after a few uses, and also its not user friendly at all. i remember that the keypad peeled off and cut a customer face.
i can tell you lot more abpout the cell, so my recomendation, dont buy a motorola product, the company doesnt stand behind the product, at all.

This phone is dodgey! the camera is hopeless! its really slow and they battery life is Ridiculous! definately not worth $129! ive had mine for a year now and i would definately not recommend it!

plz dont buy this fone i thought is was great before i got it i had been wanting it for ages and whe in went down in price i grabbed it now i seriously REGRET IT DO NOT BUY THIS FONE. Has virtually no memory camera sometimes fays error and dosen...
first,learn english well and after that u can post in here! How can you say isnt good phone,I think is more better then average,depends for what u need.....if u need a phne with Xmegapixels,music an others...buy one,but do not complain here about a very gorgeous mobile phone!DORK...

I have had my fone for 2 weeks now and seriously dissapointed i have not dropped it once yet i cant change my ring tone or message tone or any setting for all my profiles Eg: loud,vibe and ring. so i turned it off for the night turned it on in the morning and all my ringtones and smalll music + all my pictures GONE!
This is what i would rate this phone 3.0
im taking fone back this weekend and going to try get a refund. MOTOROLA V3=problems.
Can any 1 tell me a good phone to buy that is no more than $120

I found this phone to be quite good for the time i've used it.
It failed once, and was repaired, with some freeze issues when entering characters, but it's fixed and haven't had problems like that since.
At one point had problems with freezing and turning off randomly, but not recently. I don't know why.
Memory is small, especially for texting, with inbox/outbox getting full fast.
Picture quality ok-good. Bad at very close range with some objects. (trouble focusing)
Keypad wears fast.
Slow response in text messages. I can't remember if it's a new thing, but if typing at full speed on dictionary, the phone is a sentence behind me, which is tedious.

I have/had the pink one. "Upgraded" from a Nokia 6230...what a mistake!
Problems:
Small memory
Terrible Camera
Loses signal just for the fun of it
Flashes and flickers randomly and then loses signal or turns itself off...again just for fun it seems!
Features...what features?
Good things:
Solid phone...had it for ages and the flip mechanism works perfectly
It is pretty...altough I am quite bored of bright pink now...
The games are ok.
I wouldn't recommend this phone to be people who use theirs for multiple uses...however if your Mum likes pink and would only use it to call you then you are onto a winner! I however shall be running back to Nokia with open arms for a 6500 (I only hope it doesn't start having problems in punishment because I switched sides!)

I love this phone it's getting a bit old now but I once dropped it from the top of a squash court and it survived

i recieved the motorola v3 for christmas last year and would rate it a poor 6 out of 10. i was expecting better like there is hardly any memory and when you take a photo it takes at least 30 - 40 kb from your memory. 6668 kb might seem like plenty to you right now as it did to me but when i got this phone useless things took up the memory as mentioned. The camera (vga) is decent but that is all can be said about it. So if i were you to some up all i want to say is that this phone is alright but i wouldnt recommend buying it as i have had troubles with it and you might too.
