It's on it way here. Shipping was $77.00 U.S.! Has an international warranty so I have to sent it back to the dealer and he will send it in to Motorola for warranty work if every need within a year!
It going to take two weeks to come. Cannot wait!

Can I just check that you can backup your text messages to a pc? I haven't found specific mention of that, just video, contacts and "files" which could be anything!

can anybody tell me if this phone has "grouping" ? i mean can i assign different ring tone for each group of poeple ??

here in Pakistan razr v3 is sold in black colour and key pad not pure black but matching is available in quad band mean can work and canada also, price has dropped to us $150 from $300, advance model like v3i and v3x are target in these days while L7 is about $160 and L6 is about $90.

the software is very bed! Motorola make nice design, but bed and slow software! It is not handly at all!
to send one sms you need 3 steps to open in and 4-5 more for send, incredible. with ericsson in 1 push you open the sms and send in 2... that is cool! weak up MOTO!

Man I found the black razr with black keypad. It took over 12 hours but it in Paris, France. I am negotiating as to cost of purchasing it! It hard to type the words because they do not able to read English in the normal fashion. I have download a currency conversion progam and it makes it much easier to talk price. I going for $325 plus shipping expenses which are $35. So all in all; it will be $360.00 U.S. dollars!
I just got done with them on the phone and the phone bill is going to be like $50. Talk with them for 25 minutes.
Man am I happy! A Razr V3!

I am looking for a "NEW" black V3 that has a black keypad. Preferable a U.S. version. Can someone tell me something about the history of this model? Which carrier had it? What model number I am searching for? Who might have it to sell?

I have the black version of this phone and dust gets under both screens, and on the intenal screen its gets scratched easily and it bruises easily wen u touch it. i would never recomend buying it. could some PLAESE tell me how to connect it to a pc. i put the cord in the phone then a box comes up on the computer and tells me if i want to scan for a cd that has software, the phone didnt come with a cd, PLZ HELP

Was reading on MOTO forums that the Razr V3 international version; Motorola will not honor 1 year warranty.
So I need a way to tell either by packaging color silver or black if it is U.S. version or international. I have no access to the serial numbers at all!

my bf bought this phone for me..it's absolutely amazing with great function although it's jus an easy phone..but i luve it deep in my heart :)

I have a Motorola RAZR3, I am not happy with it!! underdeath my Monitor screen is collecting major dust and is not allowing me to properly view my data and calls. This is imperative for my business can you please have a representative call me or please send me to a repair center or please send me a return kit so i can get issued another phone please. no message delivery report!!!!!!!!!!!! this is really a madenning thing in this mobile phone. all the mobile phones have this even the very old ones, and this does not have!!! oh!!!

I received a light blue V3 and it was so slightly tinted that most people thought it was the silver model. I went to T-Mobile to switch the SIM card and the person had it shut down and reboot! He told me to return it so that what I have done.
I not sure what I will do; about a new phone that is! I like the phone; but for the price I paid for it; it should be guaranteed dependable.
For some reason; I am now drawn to the black color! Maybe it more reliable!

hey ppl my phonebook wouldnot come up... whenever i go to phonebook option . the phonebook showsup and dissapears i can store numbers but .. helppp
