The Razr is a good phone overall, although it has its defects, which include many dropped calls, poor reception, and when you plug it into the charger it changes its ring tone. When I first got the phone the reception was excellent, but I noticed that when I dropped it for the first time, its reception quality went down, I dont know the construct of the phone, but I believe that the phones antenna was dislplaced when I dropped it, thus the dropped calls, another thing, I hate more than the dropped calls is that the ringtone style is changed every time I charge the phone, other than that the phone is great I would not reconmmend it, unless you are careful with your phone, which I thought I was, but sometimes its inevitable and you drop the phone.

hey...i am thinking about purchasing this phone (motorola v3) and i was just wondering weather or not anyone would advise me otherwise because i have fallen in love with it and am really keen on buying it!!...if you have a suggestion on another phone that is reliable then could you please write back..

i hate this phone i have had it for 6 months and it works badly. the memory is bad it can hold only 1 mp3 but it will takeb almost 75% of th memory. video is 12 seconds and the key pad is starting to peel of. it sometimes turns of when you close the phone. Bad phone and i do not recomend it to any body

i bought this phone 5 months ago because it was pink. i should have done my research. i absolutely hate this phone. the keypad gets scratched up. camera quality sucks; when you take pic, it starts from looking decent to bad (you see the pixels clearly). you only have about 2 mins of voice recording. has low memory too.
i don't recommend this phone to anyone with high expectation.

its battery stand by time is not 289 h ..its max 50 hours

well.... it not a bad phone, but the memory is too small, cant even have three mp3 songs on it. too bad

I've had my V3 for 4 months the screen keeps going blank, ring tones changes on its own, blue tooth you can not see caller ID and the text messages take ages to come through, also the silver V3 does not have video phone when the black one does have it. Also it keeps turning itself off. I am very disapointed and I will never get a Motorola again. I wish I had found this website before

i have had this phone 4 six months and it has been in the repair center 4 two!! the screeen keeps turning off and it rings when i am talking 4 no reason. it has no memory and videos 4 about 5 secs!! never again. very dissappointed

I recently purchased a Blue V3 and I'm in love with this phone. I went through the entire book and I'm conversant with all it's features. I've tested all the features and I am very satisfied. Many of us have a lot of issues with phones because we fail to read and comply with the instructions provided and misuse and abuse our phones. I intend to use my phone as it should be and look forward to enjoying my V3 for a long while to come.

I wish my ringer id would work when useing
my bluetooth I also wish my my phone would ring just a little louder some ring tones are very loud but music tone are not so loud

hey i have a v3 and it doesnt record video.my friend got one a few months ago too and it does.there both the same model,but mine is silver and his is black.could this be the prob?is there anything i can do to get video on it?

You have to use software called P2K Commander. Download it here: http://www.themotoguide.com/index.php?PID=1&PGID=440. Use the link on the left column named Dowloading Modding Software. You also have to download the P2k Drivers.
It's a bit complicated, but easy once you get the hang of it. Go to this web link for a tutorial.

I just wanted to know that how do you increase your space, one guy said to delete the factory things like wallpapers and ringtones but they is no option of deleting them, plz help

hey i got a new v3 razor ph just for 2 weeks & now there's haew an a lot of error on it.i can't open it coz there appear invalid battery on it
but that was original battery from its company.Software have to reinstall to my ph
coz that occur by software error.i think that ph is v sensitive or somethimg wrong on it.What can i do?

I've had this phone for more than a year: it has NEVER failed me, always powers on, screen's brilliant, no issues what so ever with -very- extensive use. To me this is a VERY reliable phone.
