please dont buy this phone, i get atless 2 of these phones coming back into our store every single day, the software and hardware of this phone is completely useless.. DO NOT BUY this phone no matter what you do.. you will regret it.

i hav a motorala v3 and i think its terrible. i hav had to take it bak and get a replacement 3 times and now it has stopped workin agen so i am getin my money bak!!!! so dont buy one waste of money if u ask me

Overall I think the Razr is worth the money. The service coverage is 10x better than Nextel. My only complaint is the phone book. Does anybody know if you can add more than one number for an entry and not list their name more than once?

Okay, here's the complete and unbiased details abt this phone. First of all, this phone is "Extremely" good in reception and call quality. Take my words for granted because, there's a new builing getting up on the last empty side of my appartment and I was receiving extremely low signal as well as calls were being dropped. Tried even the 9310 of my Dad's and would give similar results. I checked good reception quality phones, and V3 was in #1. The price has dropped, and it really looks good. So I got it, and it did what it had to do: The signal is strong and the calls have never dropped for once! The audio quality is also extremely good, even the speaker phone sounds really loud - just what you need.
The V3 obviously has video recording, but only the black ones, and the "new" silver ones. This option is not directly given. Go to video menu, where video files are stored, and there's a option "New Video". Just use it to record videos.
The phones ringstones sounds better than any nokia phones I have used, with very good clarity. The display is among the finest you can find. Images taken can be attached and sent via email. The only problem is low memory, which is good enugh if you wanna store 10-20 images; 3-7 ringtones and 5 or 7 videos. The vidoe duratiion is short (no too short) cuz of memory, but efficient for MMS. Afterall, the call performance is good, and highly recommended for professionals who cares about call quality than extra features. Comes with excellent software, data cable, headset and leather case. All of these for around 220$....

Initially razr v3 had no video recording, when black colour was introduced it was with video capturing software, now u can download this software in old version of v3 i.e sliver colour.

Telstra australia has released this hanset for $199AU pre-paid which is excelent value i think. I just bought one and very happy with it because i got the silver when it first came out but now i have the black one which i always wanted!

i dont know what everyone is all on about, saying the MOTOROLA V3 dosent have a video recorder. Because i whent into a lot of shops and shopping centres and they all have VIDEO RECORDING

in the mist of talking my speaker ph is activated and I am talking to myself, the ph repeats everything I say, pls explane what the problem is and how to fix, also has anyone admited to how difficult it is to read the key pad in the sunlight?

Firstly this phone rocks.. its nice and sleek. For those who were looking for the missing stuff, you might wanna take a look at the V3i. Is has a mega pixel cam and a mem slot.
BTW. The V3 does not have video rec by default. you need to flash your phone for it.

I have a Razr phone from T-Mobile and I can't receive or send picture message. I've tried the Configurator that T-Mobile provide on their website but it fails to update. It gives me a message, "Exceeds Maximum Limit. Can not add new MMS Server Profile"

i kno u can buy memory cards for this phone but where the hell would it go, plz help?? is it under the white stuff on the back when the battery isnt in it. PLZ HELP!!!! i want ma phone to hav a huge memory. Email plz.

the moto v3 is good but text is slow and not much memory i used special software to delete all the rubbish ringtones they give you so i have about 10 mb of memory all in all i would give this fone an 8/10

Hello everyone.
I was wondering if anyone knows how to save text messages to the SIM card? I've never been able to do it on a Motorola.
Ohh! And does anyone know where I can find software for it? I hook it up to my PC with the USB cable but it doesn't let me do anything because is says I need some type of software for it.

This is the greatest phone. Camera is normal, though I didn't buy that for it, because I have seperately digital camera. I bought it for the design, slimmness and... simpleness. It has got all the features I need. And the battery is very good.
