i dont think motorola sells cheap quality phones. If you bought one from ebay, it's probably fake/counterfeit! I had bought one from everythingelectronicsworldwide and you could tell the item was totally fake! It was two toned, the back did not fit well, battery had no motorola sign on it, the screen was all messed up. the battery died within 10 minutes, and the screen blinked off and on! Do not buy from EVERYTHINGELECTRONICSWORLDWIDE on eBay!

hi,i had moto v3i year 08.waz gd 4ne at that time but dessapointingly no fm,bluetooth 1.3 very low,no 3g,battery backup 630mha poor,low sound.I'wd encourage not 2 buy it.thanks

Just bought a silver Motorola RAZR V3....almost new. Paid $30 on Ebay. Kind of disappointed with it so far. Very low keypad volume, even on max. No Video, which I didn't know. No memory card slot and keypad is very dimly lit. My old Motorola phone was much better. I guess you get what you pay for.

This was the best and most loved mobile I have ever had. I still have it as a keepsake. Love BlackBerry but my favourite was this RAZR V3, never gave me any problems

Just google for it. Install the program on your PC and connect your phone to it through a USB-miniUSB cable. You will see options for file operations in program menu. Success!
