sony ericsson "w" series and motorola "v" series are best phones ever made. nokia "6", "n" and "e" series are just as weak as the name "nokia" is!!! best congratulations to motorola and sony ericsson.cheers

Any one got answers to 2 problems that I have with my RAZR V3i.
1. When charging battery especially to full,
my Vibe and Ring tones keep getting auto changed usually from vibe and ring to silent, any suggestions?
2. I have Vodaphone Pay As You Talk Phone and visited New York in November. I had £32 credit on the phone when I left the UK when I returned to the UK the phone said no credit! I made no calls whilst in the USA but sent and received approx 6 short text messages. I phoned a chap at Vodafone and asked him to check calls made from my phone. There mainly calls and texts to USA Numbers, none made by me. He implied it was because the bluetooth on my Razr 3Vi could not be hidden and a third party within a couple of hundred metres could piggy back onto my phone and use the credit. He said he had a RAZR 3Vi and it was lucky that I had Pay As You Talk and that I did not have a conract. I contacted Motorola and they said this was rubbish as the bluetooth was only visible for 60 seconds.

hi i am rahul i suggest u have to give fm also and also take some extra back up in talk time battery is not as good as nokia phones have thank you

Hi.. regarding question, why cant u use 1gb mem, problem will be on the software version of the v3i unit that u hav. if u go to settings>phone status>other info>s/w version, it should say R479_g_08.B4.85R. hoppe that helps u out. and to get the latest version by the way, go to modmymoto.com, credits to Iwan for giving out that info.

This phone simply rocks! It doesn't contain full features for optimised performance, but once you tuned it, its stunning!!! For all those who are not camera-focused, this phone is the right choice, simply coz the camera isn't so good. Sound is really good, even without the itunes version. Good news, we may even upgrade to a 1GB MICRO-SD now, depending on markets; so many songs can be uploaded. Just hope that Motorola is planning to change the pathetic icons and menu's; but for those who know about modding, this won't b a problem...

I have never left a post about my opinion on a product before, but I have read some here that compelled me to leave one now about the V3i. I have had several phones in the US and the Middle East and Africa, and the V3i is has the best display and sound quality of any phone without question. I’m with Cingular, which has the right to share credit for the quality of signal and quality, but it is also the most durable phone I have ever used. Unlike others, I can assure you I’m not with a cellular company or anything of that nature. What I can assure you of is that I will be taking my V3i overseas soon instead of leaving it here like so many other phones in the past because I know I can trust it. (I’ve even reserved a pouch for it on my tactical vest!)

hi people. ive been with this phone for about a month now and im thinking of selling it cuz im gettin bored of it. can anyone here tell me anything interesting to do with it besides smashing it (anyone cool application or game) before i drop the hammer on this thing!

Agreed with u my friend jim It is such a bogus phone which I used to have.Bad blutooth conctivity no proper infrared.Hanging problem...Picture quality is nothing in compare to any new camera phone...1 year back after using it for 2 days I had sold this phone bad resale value in market either.. Motorola is like MOTALOLA

This is the worst phone i have ever seen in my life....pathetic battery back up...not comatible with every type of file....if u just want to transfer 2 mb data it eill take u ages..motorola doesnt have good service station as well

Wonder if anyone can help! Im thinking of purchasing a V3i black (the project red edition) which is available in the uk only. What i wanted to know is if this edition comes with all the accessories such as earphones, cd-rom and usb cable etc. The reason why i ask is that i got the SLVR L7 project red edition last time and it didnt come with these accessories but i know for a fact that the standard L7 would have done. Just wanted to know if it was the same here. Thanks

i just brought a v3i this month. i found that the itune can only support a max 50 songs. is there a way to increase the max amount of songs to more than 50? pls help thks
