I just got a v3-huh what a piece of ---- this phone hasn't stayed on for more than 10 min and I even changed the batery. I actualy hate this phone!!!!!

I have had this phone for 6 months now. I did have the older version of the razr but decided to upgrade. This is the best phone I have ever owned. The features and performance have been flawless over the past 6 months. I take full advantage of the phone's features and use the phone about 4 hours a day. This is a great phone and I highly recommend it if you are considering buying this phone.

any one knows how to use contacts on the phone memory without those on the sim without deleting them as in nokia??

hey gamedex,,,can u tell me if i want to transfer a game from my computer to the v3i where should i do that.I tried to do that in the KJAVA folder but it doesnot reflect in the phone or the memory card if i check after disconnecting the phone from the computer.
Also is our phone on a os or it is normal.
It wouls be a gr8 help.
* On the official mototola site there is an upgrade for v3i pls take a look and let me know bout the update...

Hi Guyz, My motorola RAZR V3i is not working fine. Anytime the fone is entering the safe mode or the screensaver mode so to speak, it goes off and then comes on again by itself. Then it displays: invalid battery, insert sim. I ve changed the battery and the problem still persists.
Note: The fone is less than a month old and it has never fallen off my fingers.
Anyone with a solution to this problem should please tell me. My email addy is - waleralpho@gmail.com

Hi scott! well regarding ur situation, first of all im also using v3i, loaded with 1 gig microSD, yep.. itz working fine for me... everything from video to music to pics, im able to save as much as i can, but if u have read my past threads regarding this, well motorola tech support told me that the phone should only support up to 512 mb, higher than that, its on your own risk. luckily mine worked, have no problems with it... as of now... well.. hope that helps u out a bit..

my celphone is v3i..and i tell you..motorola phones are not good quality phones..i bought my v3i last august and after few days, it started to hung when you're in the middle of the call or if you're texting..battery dies easily..even if you dont use your phone to listen to your mp3s. i really regret buying this phone..not worth my money.

card. When I tried to format it on the
phone, it could not format it. I formated it on my digital camera and put it back in. The phone reads the card again and it shows the storage capacity...free, used and total, and i can switch to that storage device but when i try to take a picture and have it store on the memory card it says insufficient space or storage? anything i can do to fix that? or is it just the card?

Hello anshul! well i hope this info helps u out... regarding the first one about image quality, i say its the same.. well since ur comparing it to the same 1.23 mgpxl cam, but display quality.. i'd go to the 3230. Now for the songs... if uve been reading my past threads regarding this.. i think ive already answered this one...Next is about the sound... well i say its a bit louder than nokia counterparts like 3230.. and about the battery.. thats the downside of this baby... battery doesnt last long on this one unfortunately. Hope that helps u out!

I m planning to bye V3i by this week and I m prefering it over NOKIA 3230 and Sony Ericsson 750i. I just want to clarify a few things
1. Is its image quality better than NOKIA cameras (3230 has the same 1.23 MPix camera)
2. Is it possible to play the songs with the phone with the flap in folded position (low battery usage mode)
3. Is the quality of sound better than that of Sony Ericsson or NOKIA phones
4. Does the battery dont lasts long.
and
5. Is it as reliable as the NOKIA models in terms of durability and handeling
I have been using the NOKIA phones for a while now and this one is my 5th change. The only factor that is attracting me towards it is the look and the PC synchronization. I would be thankful to u ppl for guiding me in taking a decision

Hello Maverick! regarding ur question..standard package of v3i should include usb cable and headphones. regarding v3t... im not sure... as far as i know it looks the same as v3i.. just that it has some minor changes.. i dont really know hehe... anyway hope that helps u out...
