I know, that this is not that important, but I cannot believe that Motorola is still using 1.3 Mpix camera in their new version.
BTW, Cingular does not support video calling yet, so i figured they will remove 2nd camera.

Is currently available on the 3 network here in the UK. Am tempted to go for this now instead of the Maxx.

WRONG
it's a V3i with a QVGA screen, two-way video calling, EDGE class 10, nvidia goforce graphics processor, opera browser, bluetooth 2.0 with a2dp for stereo headphones and not just any 3G but the FASTEST 3G available, 3.6mbps HSDPA.

you guys are hopeless. because the V3 design is old doesn't make it any less. it's classic, timeless. the RAZR is still one of the best designs on the earth because others haven't caught up. it's in demand and that is why motorola did this.
please name me some phones with 3.6mbps HSDPA that look better and are thinner than this. I DARE YOU!

Hey that phone is pretty good but for several days on this website the photos presented it with a black&white dragon designed on it that was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. What about that version, will it be avaliable too?

It's almost the samr with RAZR V3x but the camera is only 1.3 MP and the memory is only 50 MB. It's better with it's 3G and EDGE!

How could you fall in love with this phone if you don't like Motorola? Shouldn't you have fallen in love with the V3 2 years ago?
This phone is so basic compared to the other 3g phones on the market... Why have Motorola wasted their time with it when they haven't even been bothered to upgrade the camera above 1.3mp?
As for paying $399 for it... I agree that you would be disappointed!!

is the screen has the same quality as the maxx?
i've seen the black version and need to think again, i mean, it looks very similar with the old v3, we've got no exclusivity from that, sob,
and i heard maxx has a soared price...

I don't care what all you think. I have the copper color (well, officially called Burnt Orange)V3xx. I just had to have it once I saw it in the store. None offers this kinna cool colors except V3xx. I am impressed that this phone actually looks better in real. Spin finish is awesome. I haven't had not much problems so far.

The battery life is too short and I have to charge it every night or it will die at work. I'm getting a different phone immediately!!!
