i m using motorola Z8 ferrari limited edition
luv that phone with my ferrari car and i m not facing any kind of problem but the ferrari edition is amazing

Man I suggest whoever want to buy this phone don't buy it, because the sliding always crashes the phone I missed so much calls because of it. And it will restart suddenly with no reason, I am going to change my phone.

OMG! Not quite sure what to say after going through some of the reviews. Firstly i thought my phone was buggered but guess i'm not the only one. My phone freezes, none of the button works, so the only thing to do is to pull the battery out. then when you put the battery back, it fails to switch on! it just goes into a multi coloured screen mode - green, purple, torquoise. It does this until the battery completely drains, by this time the phone is already starting to overheat. The only way to get it working again is to "jump start" the phone like a banger car by plugging the charger in. Basically u have to carry the charger with you all the time and never turn the phone off without the charger with you. All my previous motorola were solid reliable phones. this phone is all about looks, in terms of reliability its pants.

Need some Help. Had the phone a month now and still can't get internet access. ATT told me the phone is picking up the towers and signal but the phone won't connect. I'm not good with phones so I guess its the set up. Any help or anyone who could set it up would be great! Thanxs

most negative comments are true, cept probably battery life, but theyre greatly exaggerated. Its not as bad as everyone says.

sucks motorola never fixed this phone. i hate reading black & white opinions everywhere, some people have it and say its fantastic, works great. but wayyyy more than that i read of some horror story about this phone with terrible battery life and freezing and screwing up. i believe the negative reviews of this phone over the positive ones, because there is just so many of them. i was hoping motorola would fix the problems and release newer firmware on future shipments, but it seems it's still the same old. really a shame, this is an amazing looking phone. really it is the best looking phone i have ever seen, and i keep an eye on everything that comes out. so it's pathetic it's such a piece of shit. and the z10? well it doesn't look as cool as this. nowhere near. good job motorola, most beautiful but unusable phone ever.

My frend jst bought dis fone, its nt all dat! Der r a lot of fones dat hev beta features dan dis 1 nd dey cost da same price! Dnt buy dis fone u cn get a lot more 4 da same cost

end of last year i bought 2 of these phones. worst lot of can i say it, CRAP iv ever had. we bought because of the big show they were doing, the shape was great, different. within 2 months they had both gone, list includes, no power, batt flat al the time. freezes 25% of the time.(i know the percentage rate by clculating time switched on & in use, so to speak.the little charger cover broke twice on 1 of them.the buttons wouldnt work not when frozen i mean.camera spot doesnt work, again both phones. there is so much more but im getting bored writing all this, so you must be getting bored to. shop said its not there problem see motorola. sent 1 back, 2 weeks later it came back. guess what, within a day it had gone again. where are we now ? well; i have to send both phones back 3 times, yes 3 times then they will think about new phones. so my son & i will have to be without our £375.00 phones for around 6 weeks, with no corteoussy fones to cover the period. what can we do ? JACK. im going to get myself another new fone, stop my payments put the z8 in a jiffy bag & knock 7 kinds of shit out of the fone. then send it back to motorola. i should never have gone away from NOKIA easy to use & very reliable. MOTOROLA AINT WORTH A W**K. THUMBS UP FOR NOKIA. BJ

pls dont buy this motorola model.. you'll regret it big time.. had this fon for 1 month and 1 wik.. ders this instance wen i cannot open the msgs, den i turned my phone off, and it cannot be turned on again! oh my god.. when i try to turn the fon on, purple, pink, green, blue screen shows up den turns off again.. oh my god! the price is too much for the quality of this stupid phone! i really hate the day i bought this phone.. i just keep it bcos i always have this attitude dat gets attached to my celfon, but aside from dat aspect, man! i dont know what to say.. i had to bring it to the moto store and have it repaired.. i dunno.. its up to u guys.. just sharing.. tnx..

I cannot access some of my contacts:
"Z:\resource\apps\contactsSharedUI.mbm
Unexpected end of file"........ popping-up whenever i try to open contacts.
Is anyway to fixed this?

hey i have had this phone for about three months now. i only buy motorola phones and this phone out of all of the phones that i have had, has the worst battery life ever. the battery life is unfortunalty terrible. for me it only just lasts a day. the menu and that has changed which i am not fond of. however, the internet is the best on the phone. best internet so far. my phone does do weird things sometimes and will just show a purple screen. but so used to it. the profiles on this phone annoy me so much, they are not like old motorola profiles. u put the phones on silent, but it will stil make a noise from low battey or a miss call. another thing that i was really upset with is the settings of the phone. its nice having settings on phones that you can change to how you like it. there isnt much of this at all. very disapointed, i have gone back to my old phone-motorola v3x
