Well,
I am here to know about the RIZR Z8 before I am going to buy it.
I found a little comparison between Nokia and the most perfect communication company in the world Motorola.
I want to say some thing for all of you
I was a user of Motorola since StarTac 1998
Then I used Nokia 3310 with the new interface and games and all youth stuff
But my witnesses is Motorola is the best for coming reasons
1- Ability to take and full signal where ever you are (comparing with Nokia)
2- Long life of battery and long talking hours.
3- The stability of the software and never need to reinstall the cell phone software.
4-security + facility to connect via Bluetooth
that what I am care about beside the new look and cute shape.
I am a MotoLover because Motorola satisfy all my needs.
I am using motoL7 now and searching for 3G phone, so I am waiting for a fair opinion before buy this phone.

My God what a crap phone. The phone is huge as well as the menus are impossible to navagate. i got it on a upgrade with vodafone and i have sent it back. the movies are amazing but everything esle is crap. The phone is just not user freindly. and the bluetooth earphones dig into your ears (very uncomfortable). DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PHONE

does any on eknow how / where we can download or buy fother films for use on the Z8? Not too sure about the phone itself but the film quality was out of this world and I would love to be able to watch more thsi way.

You haven't got to play with it in Carphone Warehouse. Carphone Warehouse don't have the phone yet - I work there! By the looks of things we won't have it until August. Maybe you got to play with a dummy handset on dispklay, but we don't have the working model yet.

This phone is the best ,got to play with it and Carphone warehouse and loved it the kickslide is brilliant this is deffentily my next phone just one question - How is the battery ? how long does it last

It looks like Vodafone have the phone in the UK, but other networks won't have it until August. Orange doesn't have it as part of their portfolio, and it looks like T-Mobile will have a delayed launch of it. O2 should have it in August, but by the looks of things you'll need to go on a £50 tariff in order to get the phone free.

What a cool phone. keep on going and Motorola will be a good make one day. if thier phones will have a enjoyable twist to themselve. Change the Menu too.

they keep pushing this phone back in the UK. its now not due for release until mid august. getting so annoying now, i really want one

Can the 2mp camera on this phone take pictures of text from magazines and books? I want this phone but i use the text photo feature on my SE k800i a lot.

wwhat a piece of crud phone.
its a gimmick.
horrible to text with, menu is stupid, there arnt even any tools in the tool section..
screen size is poor for HD phone.
(30fps) on a tiny screen. any point ?
N95 is 30 fps too and a much better phone.
i thought motorola hit the spot with this one. but they totally messed up.
only decent thin about this phone is it comes with a free movie and bluetooth head set worth £80
i give it 3/10
