Got my phone yesterday. THE BEST!!! It was a little troublesome at first setting up the internet settings (because I have T-Mobile) but I was able to get T-zones & the rest of the apps up and running. Highly recommend getting one to someone who will use all the features ie. Buisness Card Reader, document Viewer, Calendar. The camera and video is great too. Downloaded some video clips and they play back beautifully. I got a 1GB card and going to upgrade to 2GB.
If you're gonna use this phone to only text, then don't get it. Stylus is wonderful, but if you're like most of America and texts' while driving, then this phone will not be friendly to you.
Very user friendly once you get it in English language mode.

This phone is really really really cool. Very nice. It doesnt have 3G but who cares??? Im not going to waste my load or money just to call some1 using a 3G. As if all of our friends has 3G phone. Last saturday when I was planning to buy a new phone I entered the Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung and Motorola shop and they all have the marketing strategy to attract the customers. First Im planning to get the new sony ericsson W850i but when I entered the motorola booth, a saleslady said that they jave a new motorola model and suggested me to check it out (I might got interested with it). so when she showed the new model it was motorola E6. It is really nice. Very professionally made mini phone PDA. I am really attracted with it. It is so nice. So the next day, I just bought Mototrola E6 and right now I am rewally satisfied and would love to flaunt it anywhere. The only problem that irritates me is that you need to put your bluetooth discoverable for others to detect you and it is only good for 3minutes. I hope motorola can do something about it. Anyway, all I can say is that I AM SATISFIED so far. Go for a change, I am from nokia user and now i am certified Mototrola user. I love it. HELLOMOTO!!!!! =)

disappointed? why disappinted?
E6 is totally different with E2
it is much better than E2
E6 is a Smart Phone + PDA
the camera is 200 megapixels
it can read the business card by camera
the offical sites said the E6 can be use 2GB SD card, but i know someone is using 4GB SD card and it works. it has bluetooth navigation system called MotoMap at Taiwan.
i donno it works at USA or not.
it is using Linux system like A1200 (Ming)
i have both A1200 and E6 now
they both are the best phone i ever use
right now my E6 has more than 150 MP3 sounds and more than 40 movies. i have 30 themes and 60 games
i am not lying
it really cool and useful.
those r my opinion hope u guys like E6

I never imagined Moto would come out with an E2 successor like this - a serious-looking but fun-to-use PDA/entertainment phone that is nowhere any close to its ROKR lineage in form, look and feel, (functions almost identical.) The E6 is one of the best all-around phones I've had over the last 2 years coming hot on the heels of an E2, a w900i and p910i last year.
It's all-metal case body feels really solid in the hand. And its slim candybar form is a pleasure to look/hold and is perhaps the slimmest PDA/cellphone out there. Compared to the E2, it's a lot faster in all areas, ease of use is no less than the E2. With a touchscreen you can use your thumb to navigate easily(except when inputting text where it can also recognize handwriting much easier than on my p910i). Its display is just as a bit less bright due to the touchscreen film over the LCD, but it's definitely the best 2.4" screen I've seen when compared to other PDA-like screens. Anyone who has used the E2/E1 will be delighted with this - a pleasant departure from the ROKR heritage in form and look.
The business card OCR facility is a real convienience when you have to input all those cards you receive in you work. With just a little ammendents after. The Mp3 playback function is no different from the E2 . The sound quality on the same headset is the same as on the E2 and is a bit better than in my w900i. It has no stereo widenning facility though. A2DP headsets are a breeze to use.
Taking pics and videos don't require refreshing the multimedia function as in the E2 though, just the changes in mp3 files. The camera's 2.0 mpx is just so-so with less saturated/natural colors than in myE2 or w900i (still the best camera phone at par with the k750/k800) but is generally good despite not having autofocus and a flash. Needless to say night pics are noisy.
My caveat includes its limited categorization of contacts which is just limited to 6 categories. No 3G which would have allowed me some video calls I had enjoyed on my w900i. The video playback is another weak point as it can only play at 15fps at bitrates below 300kbps, so I had to convert/downscale all my mpeg4 30fps high bitrate files that played excellently on my w900i. One last thing, its mirror finished front face is a real magnet to smudges and fingerprints so I had to do a lot of wiping now and then. I just had to lock the touchscreen with a side button.
But overall, it's one of the best phones out there and is said to be the best if not one of the best motorola phone todate. With a Linux OS, it's a dream come true for people who enjoy personalizing/modifying their phones.

I just got this phone. It seems pretty cool. How can I set it up for t-mobile wireless internet? I got the info from t-mobile website but I don’t know how to config on the E6.
Did anyone find a good way to stop the annoying text messages every time you get a voicemail?
Thx
