OK...just to answer those with issues on the voicemail(any GSM service), there is a fix for it...Search for "Voicemail+fix+E6"...it's a simple fix if you know what you are doing, but a somewhat involved process for non-techie people, you have to change a tiny part of the software code...same goes to make it QuadBand(it works)...GOOD LUCK...

for the text mail you can use a bunch of different ways... one is the keyboard option that pops up on screen the other is to use the mini pen and actually right the word out and it will recognize from similar letters and words...updated t9..
Does anyone know how I can get my realplayer to recognize the phone so that I can upload my music???

Deidre, same annoying blank message pops up for T-mobil users. It happened in my old E398
& it happens now too. Moto phone glitch?
Oh, and y Mac recognised the phone, when I used USB cable, but that's it. I guess, I stick to ipod for a while longer.

this phone looks pretty cool but wouldn't it be a pain to text on it? If it's all touch screen, I'd imagine it'd take longer to be using the stylus for texting all the time.

I am trying to decide if I should get the rokr or the a1200. From some of the reviews I've read, it sounds like the rokr is the one to get. Has anyone had any problems with the rokr? Is voicemail a problem? Also, I don't know anything about the linux OS, is it easy to use, is there a lot of programs for it? If anyone has any feedback, i would really appreciate it. Thanks

this phone looks awesome, I wanna buy it but...I want to get the a1200 bcz i heard it's practically the same thing except no flip diff lux and a few fixes here and there. Could anybody tell me in a detailed description of which phone is better overall, and one more thing why is the rating so low?

This phone is awesome. Touchscreen is beautiful and has a lock switch for when in your pocket. Battery is very good. Games load fast. Videos look good and music is awesome if you convert everything to "AAC+"! So far a 2Gb SD card seems to be the biggest functional size.
P.S.: The best prog for AAC+ is the free MediaCoder. Convert everything at 48kbit AAC+ (best quality to size setting) and a 1.5mb AAC+ file sounds so very close to the 5mb 192kbps MP3...WOW! Make sure you use the "CT AAC+" codec tab in the program for best sound.

Its having a nice experience using touch-screen phones since they’re not much faster in use like the buttons one. But there is always a lush of using a touch screen phone. Its feels difference having it in your palm. Its not the thing you’ll get bor. Touch screen having a lot of multimedia features is value up thing. It gives a nice interface you use; guide you up to your data. Its completely different and a new way to discover your stuff. The Motorola gives you every thing for your need of multimedia device. In other words, its compete multimedia device. The 3.5mm speakers jack, stereo sound speakers and lot more is the key features of this phone. Technically, this phone is not much customizable due to its Linux OS. If it has a Symbian based OS, then it’s was a device which could be beaten in term of PDA and a multimedia unit. Camera is 2.0 megapixel which is more than enough for a mobile device. Although, the results are not good as Sony Ericsson’s K750 or W800 phones, but you’ll not be disappointed when you take picture is day light. The battery life is good and lasts over two days easily. (hard task for PDA’s) Overall talking, this phone is good for music freaks and touch screen lover.

I think "Motorola Rokr E6" will be successor in Hong Kong and China like "Motorola Ming / A1200". Good job, Moto.
