this phone is awesome! been eyeing it for a while and finally got it. they say it's a PDA but it's really a higher-end cellphone. I appreciate that, unlike the first ROKR, they chose to use realplayer rather than itunes but it's still a bit laggy. this phone isn't exactly user-friendly so it will take a bit more time to get used to. I do enjoy that this is a progammable phone, so it offers a lot more than any regular cellphone. I recommend it if you want to show off to your friends, but don't stand too close to any blackberry holders!

i've been using E6 since april'07 till date..
and i'm very happy & fully satisfy with this phone.. i'm using iphone theme on it & running with a 2gb card.. so guys, sadly to say it does not run on 4gb.. cheers!

The camera is 2MP, No AutoFocus, No Flash, and a macro/infinate focus toggle. there is a decent amount of lag between when you press the button and when it snaps the picture. the camera on this phone was not the main focus and instead was more of an afterthought, therefore its only really good for quick snaps. you wont be doing any serious photo taking with it.

yes, this phone supports 4GB cards BUT make sure you get a NON-SDHC SD card!!! if you buy a SDHC card (which are more readily avalible it will NOT WORK!)
@ Pratham [HELP]
go to motorolafans.com, and look in the E6 thread. there is a pretty easy guide as well as links to the needed programs for you to download to change your theme.

to format your card, you can either stick it in your phone, go into the file manager, then select and hold the memory card icon. a menu will pop up with 2 options. click format and youre good to go. if for some reason that doesnt work, stick the card into your computer's card reader, right click the drive in windows explorer and select format. just make sure you format it to FAT16 and NOT FAT32 as the latter cannot be read properly by the ROKR.

Wow! What a gentle phone! I really want this phone very very much. How can I get it? Does my parents buy it for me... I thought they don't buy for me! sure loooks cool.i think its a lot better than the express music by nokia.sure looks grumpy but it has a attitude to match and the touch screen thing is too great.

hello guys,just had my rokr E6 for three weeks now,I was quite amazed the first time that I had it,sound is superb,could expand the memory up to 2G.when i bought it, it just had 128 of mem, I bought a 2G MMC and installed it on the device and it works great,it doesn't slow down and video playback(video downloaded from web,not the video from device itself)is so clear,I downloaded videos from limewire but unfortunately some files are not compatible with it, so I tried to install the disc that came with it and converted the video to real media and it worked, and also you could try this, when you downloaded a video and it says that it can't find the application to open, you could try to rename it, just like videoclip.mpg, you could try to rename it to videoclip.mp3(eventough it's video it will worked with a .mp3 extension) or videoclip.3gp and it will be read by the device, I tried it and it worked.the one thing that I also noticed is that the video was very blurr and its not giving me a very good output, I was very disappointed but as I was reading the manual,I found out that you just need to change the settings for the video and the camera,open the video or camera,click on set up,just set it to highest quality and it will be fine.one thing I still can't figure out is how to install the softwares like rockbox and the software to use your FM without headsets on,so if anyone could help me please me with this?tnx

This phone is definately better than the Moto Z6, the screen is smaller, it's thicker, and the video rec is only QCIF. The E6 can do QCIF, QVGA, and CIF(4xQCIF). The E6 also has a regular SD slot so memory will be cheaper than any other phone out there.
The Sony 580 is the same...smaller screen, same thickness and crap recording but the trade off for the thiner body compared to the Z6 is that the construction feels cheaply made...and i've heard many problem with the keypad breaking(heard disputed comments about whether or not the problem has been fixed)
The touchscreen is also fun to play with :) and the amount of custumizing you can do with the help of the modding community is amazing!
