Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Sorry friend, no offense here coz I don't believe in buying mobile phones via internet, not even Ebay. The main reason is warranty claim. My present V8 was purchased from my country's local authorised importer and I've so far claimed warranty on my battery cover, USB cover and they even upgrade my software for me, all for free. I've already owned this V8 for about one year now and it's been performing great. My local Motorola importer (even other brands) would not even look at my unit once they know it's not imported by them (via serial number) so I can't imagine buying it from you and doing all the courier works just to get it done up should anything goes wrong not to mention there are so many other factors that could go wrong in the transaction.

                Sorry mate! next client please.....

Sometime next week I should be getting my E8 barring any surprise from a friend who has been bugging me to sell my V8 to him. Would strongly consider getting the 8GB MicroSD card and a good quality stereo bluetooth like the S9. Imagine that for my workout in the gym, music and bluetooth headset in one. New muscle growth for the next 1 month.... at least (LOL).

Just curious why you asked such question? Did other brand you used had such problem? Mind to share with us?

My friend's 18 mths old E6 also has the key lock button, also has never came off.

That's not problem. That's strange noise is haptic feedback. iPhone also want haptic feedback. Maybe sooner someone will turn off haptic feedback.

                                  Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Stealth Batusai,

You put that right and nailed it in. It's human nature - always wanted to have something more hopefully without having to pay for it if necessary. Happened to me too when I was younger, now learnt from it and accepted that life's mostly not fair and also no perfection.

E8's a good phone and I'm not paid to say this. Judging from its design, Morphing keypad with tactile feedback, Fastscroll wheel design, 2GB memory with 4 GB MicroSD add on, phone with quality sound, CrystalTalk and other specs - all squeezed in a phone with only 10.6mm thickness, I truly believe it's value for money based on design alone.

                                      Hi ppl,
I thought of getting the E8 soon. I would like to find out 2 things:

1)can this unit plays 3gpp, and if can, will the 'movie' become smaller like my current v3i?

                                      2) the keypad lock button at the side, will it become loose with use? i mean, one will surely gonna flick it many times a day

                                      appreciate the comments.
