ive had this phone for two years now and it has worked well. i was so excited when i got it but months later i realised it was not as i expected it. the camera isnt very good and you cant do much with th phone. although it is very stylish and really easy to use. i would not reccomend anyone to get it now as it is getting old but i would of 3 years ago!

I got this fone two years ago with much exitement. thawt it was cool at the time but I was wrong. I had craploads of problems and i gave up on it 6 months ago. I had to degrade to an old nokia 8210 but I was much happier. Honestly, I wouldnt recomend it as picture quality is like a 3 year-old finger painting.

this fone is a ^&@$%^*! it doesn't has anything good no camara, no good ringtones, no AMR, no mp3, no good fone, sucks, i will give it a 1/10

very bad ringtones, very good quality of sound on hadset, very awfull camera it is very bad, this phone it's just too slow at internet, when it doesn't recive signal i'ts became desesperante.
i'ts good for a person who whants to talk, no more. i really do not recommend it

Hello,
I bought this mobile 2 years ago with much enthusiasm however it became soon a disaster I never experienced with considering mobiles...I felt the 720 i was very weak in construction and electronic stability. The quality of the sound was not great but the worst was the non functioning of the mobile during conversation. After replacing battery i had the idle hoop that it would improve but it became even worse....although i had guarantee the suppleyer could not help me. Since then I am somewhat allergic for everything called motorola. The photo quality was hilarious bad...it is a shame to promote such product of photo into a mobile. What was going the manufacturers mind to show in glossy advertising about the photo;s and mms etc. The photo were just.....TERRIBLE...in that case i would suggest: leave the photo option...
of course the design is nice and elegant but....I want to call with my mobile not showing of...
At last I want to express my concerning about the plastic body of this type: I alway thougt that one time falling would kill the mobile..but hey...maybe I should have let fallen this inferior product....and buy a strong Nokia Siemens or Ericson.

See if you can restore factory setting but the camera breakes after a while anyway

we ahve set up gprs on the t720i to recieve + send pic messages but cannot seem to receive even after talking to t-mobile technical team on a no of occasions to find out all our settings are correct and they don't know whats wrong. any ideas??

i cant seem to work the internet on this phone, it wont let me on it and it doesnt say anything in the manual about setting it up. and i really want some good ringtones. does anyone know how to actually get the internet up and running, if so please help!

T720i is a really good phone anyway, get the t722i which is not featured on this website, same looks but better software, t720i has never let me down!

this has got to be the WORST phone EVER!! i got this phone on contract and within a week i hated it and within a month i had to send it back and get a replacement cos of the stupid faults in this phone. Its slow, boring, and the camera is CRAP!! im glad im gettin an upgrade next week couldnt go an entire year with this brick in my pocket. This phone isnt worth a second glance. the best thing about this phone is the changeable covers or the voice dial so i guess its not ALL bad but well... more bad than good so dont rec!!
