There's no way the battery lasts 8 hours. I just got a brand new phone and the battery only lasts like 3hrs. That's not using it and the phone just being on!!!

I'm now the proud owner of a Motorola v300.

The phone is well balanced and the camera is quite impressive. Maxium resolution is only 640x480 but it does take clear shots in very low levels of light. I still have the task of adding people to my phonebook, but im enjoying adding pictures for everyone :-).

I'm currently looking for free ways to send mp3's to the phone, anyone know any?

i am considering gettin the V300 or the Samsung E715. i have a motorola T722i now. Motorola had plenty of problems with the T722i like low ringer volume, low Ear volume, Poor sounding polyphonic ringers, low memory space, frequent dropped calls, poor camera quality.I hope that the V300 doesn't have as much problems as the T722i. i have heard nothin but good reviews for the SAMSUNG E715 but maybe motorola improved the V300. If any1 can help me make my decision hit me up at ctsnick17@yahoo.com ASAP. thanks every1!

Writing SMS messages is a joy using the new ITAP technology. There is a message length counter at the top of the screen, so you can keep an eye on the length of your messages.
The new ITAP technology remembers your most commonly used words and attempts to guess what words you are trying to type. E.G. if you use the word Experiment a lot when typing your text messages, you will find that the word will either come up first in your list of predicted words to use or it will automatically be displayed on screen when you type for example, ex. I believe that this version of predictive text technology is the best available anywhere! (better than T9)

Hi! I know some people here must be Motorola enthusiasts, but I have heard that Motorola phones are not that great. I am trying to choose between this phone and the new Samsung E715 - also with T-Mobile. I like the fact this phone has the extra 1800-MHz band (E715 does not), but I want to know if I'm getting a good phone. Judging by price alone, the Samsung is ~$100 more wherever you look. Any suggestions??

I absolutely love it. Great features, reception is awesome.Although I have spent hours playing with it, I am still finding some hidden features (the manual sucks, by the way). All I can say is "Who's your Daddy now?"

Great phone but it comes with a cheap and cheezy looking vinyl holster instead of a cool belt clip.
Is there a belt clip available for this phone?
