I know this question is asked alot but I have the V360V not a V360 I think they are the same, so I will ask it once again. "Can I use a 1GB Micro SD Card"?

Been using this phone for a year and a half. It's still going strong and does everything that I need it to do. Just disappointed at the lack of space to store sms messages compared with other phones and the inability to transfer these to a PC by any means. Despire this I have had no problems with the phone and it has been my best Motorola mobile/cell phone yet. I've had 4 out of 6 Motorola mobile/cell phones. Never used Nokia (apart from my work/on-call phone - a 3210, which looks like a brick)!

I have had this phone for a year now and it still rocks. Better than almost any phone in its class and time. The things you can do with it are amazing. Especially for music, no pesky itunes to mess it all up and the 3gp video playback. I can even watch music videos on it. Amazing bluetooth too.

It's a real workhorse of a phone, I've had mine for 5 months now. For me this was an upgrade from the V330 that was misplaced for a week. Getting the V330 back allowed me to get good comparison. I stuck with the V360.

Comparing to the V330 (which very sturdy) my V360 has held up well. I use GSM 8hrs/day or more in an open vehicle, the phone has never failed or caused me grief in any way.

The features I like over the V330 are:
            Volume This phone is LOUD
USB connectivity a major plus, easy XP setup
Dimensions No stubby antenna and is thinner
            Display is brighter as well
            Battery life is noticeably longer

            Other features I like are:
The speakerphone is fantastic and the bluetooth works well beyond the 30ft it's rated for.

All I can think of that I don't like about the phone is there is no external antenna jack. For my application the internal antenna does a good job but an external antenna was a plus with the V330.

Best phone I`ve ever had by far!! works very similar to the the RAZR v3 series (so it`s compatible with every downloadable skin and game on the net), but I like this design the best. It`s also very cheap considering all it can do.
On the downside, you really can`t make good use of the phone unless you have a memory card, and the fact that you can`t use wallpapers or ringtones unless they`re in the phone memory is rather annoying. It can play video, but the screen is only half size for that. You can`t record a video larger than 30-45 seconds either.

I never liked Motorola, but got one on contract...It is a great phne, with all the features I need. The only prob I have is that there's no radio on board, but otherwise, it's a great phone.o

basically, dont put stuff on your phone memory.im guessin u havnt bought a 1gb, which is probably working out to be the cheepest (under £10).once a 1gb card is bought this phone has the biggest potential with games easily dragged on,as well as music videos and pic's.if u get the chance under £50 i would take it.

worst phone i've owned. nothing but trouble. restarts all the time, always prompting for password, motorola wont fix it, they claim it has liquid corrosion damage, don't know how its never been in any water or anything. the flip mechanism is stuffed, therefore it doesnt close properly anymore. motorola won't fix this either because its been sent back before and they thought it had liquid corrosion damage, but how would that affect a simple mechanical mechanism like the flip. that and it NEVER has been exposed to liquids anyway! alarm doesnt always go off either, speaker is very quiet/stuffed, vibration is very weak, i often hear it before i feel it.
everyone i know has had nothing but bad things to say about motorola's. stay away, i'm going back to nokia.

I can't get songs to go into my flash card through the USB cable from the computer.
Do I need to get some kind of bluetooth gizmo to import songs and export pics?

I haven't figured out how to get pictures from the phone memory to the PC. Pictures from the trans flash memory card go to the PC no problem.
I agree that the manual isn't good enough for the phone and that a memory card makes this phone easier to work with.

for mp3 ringtone, copy some mp3 files to subfolder ringtone from the folder mobile, then you have 2 posibility, first to set the ringtone generaly(Menu-setting-ringtone) and the second is to go on the agenda, at one number(but have to be on copied on the memory the number)and can personalized a song for some person

You can only pun mp3s that are on the phone memory as ringtone. It`s a preaty good phone, but it scraches very easy.In Romania it`s a very popular phone because it`s only 40-50$.

                                      @silviu
i had this phone for almost 6 months now and battery rocks it can go 9+ hours with non stop music at max volume
things i dont like about it:
                                      1. ringtones can be selected only from teh one in its memory (not teh memory card)
                                      2. when battery is low it does incredibly annoying and loud sound to warn yuh which yuh cannot stop not even if its on vibrate or silent mode
                                      3. teh headphones tend to fuck up very fast (i had 2 and none work perfectly)
                                      4. it works very slow

ppl wanting free games, download bittorrent from google, and then go to this site,http://www.snarf-it.org/viewTorrent/588933-145+Mobile+games+ALL+WORKING+Nokia,+Motorola,+Sony+ericsson,+LG,++-+Spinky.rar.html download the torrent and then i think you have to unzip the file using winace to get out all the .jars. then just copy and paste 30 games onto the memory card, and go to games, install new and install the games
