Absolute Bargin (Au$149 in Australia).
Most Under-rated phone in the current Motorola line up.
Unless you're a slave to fashion or money's not an issue, this is the best phone of the Motorola range.
Why pay so much extra for the slimness of the SLVR/V3i or the rocky U6 when the V360 has all the same specifications (well except the megapixel camera of V3i). Build quality is also top notch, put to shame my creaky V3x: completely rock solid and not a creak to be heard. Having brought one, would use it instead of my 3G V3x.
Screen is unbeatable at this price, much better than the older V3. Also a memory card slot. Only blemish is the mono audio output thru headphones, shame as the output jack is the standard 2.5mm; so could have used my good pair of headphones if it were stereo.

To cut down the size of the mp3`s try Power MP3 Cutter Joiner and get it to 64 kbps. The quality is pretty good and the mp3 has a lower size

I was wondering if it's possible to edit a full song so that it is short enough to fit on the phone as a ringtone... I want to use my songs that are already downloaded but when I try to copy them into the ringtones, a big x flashes on the screen and it says insufficient storage. What should I do?

How do you on the mp3 player add artists, albums, genres. When i drag and drop songs from my itunes it only puts them in the songs option. Also how do you watch videos on your phone like TV shows. Thanks for your help

I have two V360s, which I have been trying link via Bluetooth without any success so far. I have followed the standard procedure (Bluettoth on on both, 'find me' on on one and 'find devices' pressed on the other), but they do not find each other. Has anyone tried sending data from one v360 to another (or to another brand phone with Bluetooth)? Are there any well known problems or I am not following the right procedure? Thanks.

Just paid $149 for this phone (TELSTRA AUSTRALIA, $99 prepaid + $50 unlock fee). BUT you don't get an extra MicroSD card or a bluetooth handsfree.
For the price, you cannot go wrong- all the features of a V3 (and most other full featured handsets for that matter) and just a fraction of the price.
Despite being VGA, the camera is excellent- leave the settings on AUTO and even you'll forget it doesn't have a flash diode... It's that good.
No probs so far- just annoyed that you cannot differentiate the phone book display between SIM and Phone Memory listings- it shows both. Doh.
If you're considering a phone upgrage any time soon- hurry up to your nearest TELSTRA store and pick one up- REMEMBER TO PAY FOR THE UNLOCKING AT THE TIME YOU BUY IT AND SAVE A RETURN TRIP...
Vodafone released this phone last christmas at $199 prepaid and it sold out in a matter of weeks never to return again so hurry up about it. You'll not be dissapointed =]

Had the phone now apprx 1 month I am a phone freak never keeping one more than 3 months that said this unit fron Motorola is just great value a great package from the battery life that seems never to run out out. I have not personally found ant wnside to this unit the only one thing its missing "Radio" which would have been nice but offset that against the fact that you can use the camera silently yes you can turn the volume off using the side button and thus no sound when taking pictures thats for all those that have complaned with other mobiles that they do not have this feature. It really maybe suits the guys as it is quite a weighty unit but has a good feel and the handsfree is easy engaged when a call is received. Picture quality fro 640x480 is pretty good despite not being at least 1 megapixel as most new phones have East features goood reception and plays mp3's very nicely as alot of friends have commented to me in all it may surpass my usual 3 month curfew of being sold for a new one

When I copy all my phonebook entries to SIM, it displays both phone entries and SIM entries on the homescreen. I would be grateful if someone could tell me how to display either only the phone entries or the SIM entries, and NOT THE BOTH. Please mail me.
