@Atal
Sky TV is exclusive to vodafone at moment, and it's not full sky. They are "mobile" channels, so you don't get full content, just select programs.
And to answer another question below this handset is £400 without contract from vodafone stores.

Also if you really like the razr design, and want the latest features, honestly your best option might just be the V3i

Ok folks, as much as this is a nice looking phone in the pictures, It is a rather big phone when opened up, its even taller than the V3 when opened. The v3 is a big phone when opened, but it got away with that because it was breathtakingly thin and people bought it because of that, I dont think this phone will get away with being big, as its a lot fatter than the V3. Please keep this in mind folks and go and see the phone before you buy it, or you seriously may regret it.

Just a quick word about the V3x and to answer some questions:
First of all, This is a great mobile. Got mine yesterday and it's fantasic - I had the SE w800i and the V3x blows it clean out of the water. I also work for vodafone and have to say this is the best 3G handset currently on the market. The battery life is great, features are fantastic and viewing Sky TV is so clear it's mind blowing.
Secondly, the questions,
Yes it has loadspeaker for music - a great one.
The software speed it fine, i have no problems with mine - It boots up fast, Responses great and has all the features u would want on a handset. The ONLY issue i can find is the MP3 player is Java based and therefore sometimes slows down on loading up, but trust me it's nothing to moan about!
The bluetooth is easy to use, once you get used to it.
The mean thing is that this handset is different - Ask to try it before you buy it - Most stores will let u play with a demo model - And if you don't like it, DON'T BUY IT!!! - I agree with previous comments, different phones suit different people.
The v3x is the best handset motorola has produced in a long time, but some people will never be happy.

Here is the same message in a more decent matter:
Wow...so many people have things to say about different types of phones, to me theres no such thing as judging a phone, phones fit by personality, if the phone is not meeting your standards then get one that suites your lifestyle. The Motorola V3x is an incredible phone, and if its features do not satisfy you, then go get yourself a nokia or samsung, but don't discriminate this work of art. I mean just look at it, and compare it to its ancestors, the v66 and v70, haven't we gone a long way? well goodnight and MoTo keep up the good work. Im pretty sure you'll finish what you've started.

Hey all, I got this phone the other day and thought I would share my experiences with it.
Firstly it’s a sexy looking phone, ESP with the blue glow at the bottom when it’s charging and when you get a text. The functions of the phone are great, from the 2mp camera to the basic alarm functions. But....
I am sending it back and here is why!
Ok with my old phone I got reception in my house and other places I go. With this phone I don’t, and when I do its either reception on its own without 3g or 3g with no reception?!!!
Next when in a phone call with people the signal breaks up, meaning u have to keep asking people what they said. Very annoying if it happens all the time.
Sometimes for some strange reason the keypad does not light up, or just turns off half way through when you’re writing a text! Very annoying when you’re in the dark!
Lastly something that really annoyed me is the back cover. It is not sturdy, and creeks when you are using the keypad. It makes the phone not feel well made at all, very disappointed.
Anyway that’s all my thoughts on it. I will be sending it back to Vodafone, if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.

Is there a setting on this phone where you can choose to use UMTS, GSM or automatic. I wouldn't buy one if it hasn't.
