Well, Jane, the phone is not out yet, but I heard from a really reliable source that the speaker will provide crystal clear sound for MP3 ringtones, but it is not yet certain whether it will be a stereo speaker ( I mean double speaker ) or not, however, the fidelity will be very good, just like you said, better than Nokia's. The headset will be stereo. Also I heard that hey will improve the speed of the phone, so the firmware will move smoother, which is absolutely necesary, considering that the cam will be better, and they even think adding an option of listening MP3 in background, while taking photos.

Anybody have any news on the mp3 ringtone sound? I know it's not 3D, but is it still better than nokia mp3 ringtones? If it is, then THIS is the perfect phone for me!!

Please pay more attention to the network info this phone has also GSM 850 in various countries an only option. You write almost standard GSM 900 in your specs while many have the GSM 850 option.
I almost did not buy Motorola razr V3 because of your info, till a friend told me about the other otion. Now I just bought it.

A bit disappointed on this upgrade version V3x.new feature should be adding into its, instead of removing some features such calculate & currecy converter from exiting V3.

dude i got a motorola v300 it doesnt state that it can put mp3 but i still manage to put 1 in lol.. anyway y the fuk motorola internal memory always 5MB? Too little to use.. i like SE better at least u can put about 10 songs in it.. heh anyway this phone not bad.. specs good enuff.. and when it comes out should be quite expensive.. cya guys peace

the descriptions have stated that it SUPPORTS mp3s. i really dun understand u guys. y did u guys still ask the things that are clearly stated there, as if u hv no eyes or illiterate?

yes as long as the colour phone got above 5mb space it can put mp3 :D this phone not bad ppl should buy it, elegant too..

i would like to know if thre is a mp3 player on the phone.
with 512mb surely it should have the same type of capability as the sony walkman

V3x stylish with 2mp camera support up to 512mb is quite enuff =.= n its A 3G phone TOTALLY different from V3 alrite?

This is 3G phone with two camera. I think the big LCD also make it better for video call. I will rather have the style than the function I never use. But I will keep it open until I see the real phone.

how is this an improvement to the V3, when it's only tri-band. the original razr was quad-band, this has no additinal features other than the fact that is BLACK

Have the V3 and compared to Nokia 6610 or SE k750i it is slow. Menu's are slow, writing a long sms (the more characters the slower) and the functionality could be better.
When they've put more functionality in the software and still use the same processor as in the V3 i guess this phone will only look cool and that's it.

this phone will be horrible...motorola are producing the worst phones at the moment, the ammount of motorolas that go wrong is unbelievable and as for the v3 with 3g capabliities and a 2mp cam slapped onto it...well lets just say it will be the same as putting a jet engine onto a 1976 datsun sunny....its not gonna work!!!!

Great looking phone. Memory slot and 2mp camera. Had the v3 but it sucks compared to the phone i have now s710. Waiting for this baby to come out since it has a crap load of more options then the v3. And i love the style of the razr slim and thin.

Its just copy razor so whats new abt it , n builtin memory is still miles behind others, still stuck at 5mb, and the colour still balck, looks like moorola company cant find any colours. Cant motorola can find some new function then just keep on copying others .

This IS the phone I want ! but i require Nextel service for work and I am reimbursed for it.
If this phone had push to talk direct connect compatible with nextel/(sprint), I would pay $1000 for it.
Anyone know why motorola makes crap phones for nextel usage and not offer their full model line????

hey, u say it's symbian but I don't know what it's. And what is sis files? don't laugh pls. And as this phone and n90 is 3g, they are better than w800, right?
