Hi V3x users. I've been using this phone few months now...design a perfect 10. Usefelnes a perfect 10. I really love this phone. Before I had a V3 RAZR but it is a s****y phone. The pictures didn't come out in totally via bluetooth, no video, nothing...terrible phone. But, V3x is perfect. Faults I've noticed: It stucks when trying to open files from Memory card (I guess this happens in every other phonewith MMC), if you slam it, it resets (i guess a protective measure not to slam it quickly), not very good quality pictures in shade (othervise the pictures in good lightening area are perfect - better than a digital camera with 2.0 MP). Questions: Does it support WMA files and how to upload them, how to install games, can I get GPS through 3 G network (my country doesn't support yet 3 G). Overall I'm perfectly satisfied with tyhis phone cause I've shanged lot of phones up to now and none of them made me more satisfied thjan this one. You won't make a mistake if you prchase this phone. If someone can answer me om these questions I would really apreciate it...gezim.hasani@gmail.com

(1)I am using this phone connected to a laptop to access internet.
with USB cable, I am getting 350kbps
but with Bluetooth, I only have 75kbps.
Is this because wrong setting on my phone or laptop? I still unable to figure out. Also this phone doesn't have Infra red connection.
        (2) If this phone is set to memory card mode, each time when start modem, it takes a long time to switch over to modem mode.
So I normally set my phone to modem mode, so that the process of connecting my phone to laptop and log-in to internet can be done in few seconds instead of few minutes.

Anyway, I like this phone very much.

Very good looking phone. Unfortunatly very prone to being damaged. The screen marks VERY easily and the buttons begin to become harder to press. Very nice phone though.

to Brandon: Yes, I have been using this phone here in US since last year. Unfortunately, none of the GSM network provider here supports the 3G (video call). The country I was from, the Philippines, where I bought this phone, has been using the video Calling since last year. Hoping then that this option will be available in the US soon. Overall, this phone is awesome! Audio, video, etc.

I've just got a V3x after being a Sony Ericsson devotee for many years. My last phone was a K600i.

The V3x proves a worthy replacement. The screen is large and clear and the menu system, whilst not quite so easy to navigate at first as Sony's, is quite reasonable.

The text input system takes a bit of getting used to, but barring some minor niggles about correcting words, I already find it much quicker than the Sony Ericsson system.

The camera is pretty reasonable; at last I can send people pictures where they can actually recognise what it is. The sound is clear and the reception seems good, even in our dodgy little area of the village.

The Bluetooth functionality all works first time without any hassle; I paired it with two laptops, synced it with my Mac instantly, and hooked it up to my Ericsson headset without any problems at all.

Best of all is that the voice recognition works very well, has better functionality than any other phone I've used, and doesn't even need training.

All in all I'm very satisfied with the V3x. The battery life isn't astounding, but it's not disastrous either. In every other respect this is a great phone. Well done Motorola, who have caught up well from their trailing-edge offerings of a few years back.

I love the phone, but I need to know if there's any way I could upload or add the language (like french) being used by the handset?
