this phone is horrible, I got to use this phone for 3mths..after that everything went wrong with the phone, dont recommend this to anyone..

I had this phone and with in the first 2months I had to have it replaced because each of them had defects. By the second return I was fed up and wanted to get a different phone but I was under contract so I got a third replacement that finally worke
d. I hate this phone its just so heavy.

i agreed my phone screen is black so now i can't use it as much that phone sucks.

The first day I got this phone it froze up. Pressing buttons on the phone did not work. I took the SIM Card out for about 45 minutes, and the phone started working for 1 minute. It also freezes up for hours at a time.

haha i have this phone..
it makes me angry :(
it freezes sometimes and it's slow if your memory is almost full which really sucks becase the phone can't store alot.. after 4 videos (each abt 30 or less seconds) its already 95% full >=(

I have had this phone for 1 year and a half and it is all messed up. The screen is always black, I'm not able to see who is calling, the phone turns off by itself. The battery only lasts half a day charged. This phone is a real crap, At the beginning it was all great, but as time went by the phone started losing the main screen image, and working strange to the point that I had to buy a new phone.

i have had this phone for about 6 months and yes i have had a few problems with it locking up but it is hard to break it i kicked it into a brick building and the only thing it did was put a crack across the screen but the screen still works in my opinion it is a good phone for some one who is rough on their phone this is a good one for you.

my boyfriend and i each have one... i ran his over with my ford taurus... it just cracked the lcd front so he couldn't see the time/caller id - but the phone still worked! have now had mine for 2 years... he updated but then tried to switch me phones :)

Worst phone i have ever had !! i used to have this phone until it broke because it was in my bag and it got thrown about a metre. i cant beleive it broke it wasnt even that far. the camera was not good at all . it made people look white as ghosts and there was nothing i could do to change it. i dont like this phone at all.

Had phone about 2 years. No problems. But I wish the manual explanned a little better how to send pictures and use other multi-media features

ive had this phone for a little over a year and i cant talk on it unless i use speaker and i can oly hold 25 texts. this is the worst phone i have ever had.

has this phone for about 2 years. Next thing you know the screen goes blank. The problem was the copper cable that connects the screen to the phone itself snapped probably due to opening and closing the phone. The copper cable is in the middle of the phone where it turns in front of the antenna. just to let you know from my experience.

ok... i used to have a motorola v555.. i had it for almost a yr and it was da worst fone i hvae ever gotten!! it suxed soo bad.. i could be writtin a text and out of no where it would start makin a BUZZYIN nose n then shut off and wouldnt come back on for like and hour it would make me soo mad! Sometimes i couldnt send texts nor get calls. my voice mail wouldnt work half the time... now i have a motorola v361 and ive had it for like 3 weeks now.. and it is a really good fone.. i can hold up to 250 ringtones w ma memory card i have. it has a mp3 player good camera and everything. over all its a great foena dn i am glad i have it instead of the motorola v555!

I have had a moto v555 for almost a year now, and I am very happy with it. I am just surprised that moto hasn't come out with a new model phone at the same level as this one.

I will tell you like evryone else this phone is nothing but a bunch of problems wrapped in a cute little case first i couldnt get service anywhere and wasnt my carrier either then the camera stopped working and then i couldnt get it to charge o would plug it in to the charger and nothing at all finally my boyfriend figured out that if he wiggled the end just right he could get it to charge sometimes the battery life sucked and then to top it all off after not even 6 months the screen went totally black it still worked like everyone elses but you couldnt see anything again dont waste your money sorry for the misspellings and punctuation but thinking about it makes me mad lol
