Im surprised this phone is still available on the market.. We were told this was phased out already. I dont really recommend this phone, although the design is really really cool. My mom bought this for herself, brand new, in the US. She let me use this phone because she couldnt find available batts for this when she came back to the Philippines(there was a defect, it discharges after only 12 hours of use & needs 4 hours charging). There was a problem w/ a part in the phone (speaker was busted, we can't receive calls/hear audio recording/music) only after a few months & had to be shipped all over asia bec HK & Japan doesnt have that part available bec this model was already phased out around the time she bought this in 2005...After it toured about 3 asian countries, the phone was still unrepaired. there are more user friendly phones than this & i cant download my pics from the phone after how many times I've uploaded the CD installer etc. I say you pick another model but if you still really feel this phone is your soulmate, please do think a hundred times before buying this kind of model.

I like this phone a lot. It's easy to use, it is really nice and most people love it. The only problem I'm having is I can't find a replacement battery. i was charging it last week and when I went to take it off charge it just died on me. I've had it now for 6 months and I can't understand why it is a battery problem.I HAVE THE RED ONE

I cannot seem to be getting picture messaging when I receive or send mail. My mobile provider in the UK claims that I should download some soft ware from Motorola and so far no success. Please help.

my unit is low n ringtones how cud i upload more tones? i need such guide....in uploading ringtones......any1 there pls do....

i think there should be a phone AIMED at teenagers. which should be low priced (because were not paid well) but have all the varieties we like. such as true tones and games

Im trying to send ringtones to this phone, it comes up to the point where it says looking for device on the motorola phone tools software and it doesnt find the device. Can someone plesae teach me how to do this please.
