Well i got this phone. there is no speakerphone on mine.. call me dumb, but i can't find it. oh and.. i dropped it a couple of days ago.. and now the battery isn't on tight so there's creases and stuff.. but other than that the phone is good.. there's better.

Is this phone compatible with mp3 or real music sounds and can they be played as ringtones?

to use the speaker phone.... when you are connected to the person you want to use it with...look at the screen and in the bottom right hand corner it says speakerphone and you toch it w/ a softkey...it is not that hard ppl...

i have cingular service. does anyone know how to set the phone up to connect to the internet? It says it is connecting, then about a minute later it says it is disconnecting.

My phone keeps text messaging me every time I receive a voicemail and when I check my voicemail. I have cingular and they charge for each text message sent AND received. Does anyone know how to turn this feature off? Please let me know if you do!

I thought the phone looked interesting but now I am having problems with the battery. It fits loosely and if you bump it wrong it shuts off and its a pain for it to reload the data. Its very frusturating when you are making a call or texting someone and it just shuts off cause of a loose battery. Does anyone else have the same problem with their phone

I have been looking for the speakerphone as well with no luck,I love the phone, so far i have not had any problems with it

I've had this phone for monthes, can anyone tell me how to use the speaker phone! *if there is one* ?.. and i don't think it can playback mp3s...

i just got this phone how come on the specs it says it has a loudspeaker handsfree. Does that mean it has a speakerphone? I don't see this at all. and ontop of that. My voice note play back is so quiet you can barely hear it. Anyone with this phone please tell me how theirs work. Thanks so i know if i should return it for a warantee.

What happened to it? Battery replacement is not a problem for me I can get one for $20 Canadian dollars. But I want to know what features have problems?

i bought this phone two monts ago, it just started giving me problems. I had to change the battery. Now, something else wrong with it,,, means its junk. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE, IT NICE LOOKING. NOT WORTH IT. PLZZ DON'T GIFT TO ANYONE

I'm getting that phone ordered from the US to where i am in Canada. From what i know on the motorola website advertising the v872 is that it does play mp3's. On the website it says v872_Xtra's... it says mp3 sounds. mp3 sound = songs and there's a number you dial to download it. I'm guessing there are different variations of the 872? Anyone can tell me.?

Back again, Just reading some of the opinion's and i realise that people might think that there is only one colour. The model i have of this phone is a "Royal Red". Which is very sleek and sexy. The only features that this phone lacks is that it doesn't have bluetooth which really pissed me off. And also Can't play Mp3's which is also a let down. But besides that, This phone is great. It's very stylish - Or so all my friends say. I paid around AU$450 or so (bought it in Hong Kong). The Camera is pretty high quality and the screen isn't small like other Motorola's. Reception is good, although i've experienced 2 or 3 drop outs. I've had it for 4 months now and can't find any real dislikes about it.

Hey, i have this phone.. And the info you have on it is wrong. It can actually hold 20 Dialled calls, Missed calls, Recieved. etc.
