I'm pissed off man! This phone suppose to be a good one but the fuckin screen don't work anymore and the place where I picked up the phone tells me theres no warranty cause it's a export phone! Piece of SHIT! CRAP! Usless junk! I would say, what a waiste of money!

I just got this phone and I like it but the screen stated to blank out from time to time and now it really won't work! It's just past my warranty and I can't find a replacement or repair! I can't believe Motorola would do this to a customer!!!!!

i can say that i love this phone and have had it for a week almost... only thing i have with it right now is not going to be able to go online with att because mmode isnt loaded into the phone.. but im gettin taht all fixed tomorrow, you can just go back to whre you purchased it and then have them set it up.. they do have a english manual http://www.motorola.com.hk/report/download.asp?product_id=dLb5YMS5&lan=CkFwF. thats the link to you and you have to dl it becuase its a pdf file. also about the 24 hour clock thing... dont think there is anyways to change it cuz i asked the lady.. she said because its a import phone iono.. but anyways this phone is the best one i have so far...

Wow! this is one shity phone! I can't believe the quality and the price?

Right the hinge, at first it's kind of stiff but after awhile it will get very loose. I don't know why phones made for the US market doesn't have the "click" to it, (when you open and close) like the Japanese phone. Japanese phones are mechanically and of course electronically made more precise than the cheap Asian model made for the US market.

Angeleigh I bought it for little over $250 for 10 pieces. 7 out of ten failed, 5 of them the screen failed to work after a month and the other two went dead completely on me.........

I just purchased a v878 for $260.00 How much did you see it for cellman? I hope I didn't just buy a generic phone. The DUMMY MODEL at the store was a little stiff when I was opening...is the real one the same?

one more thing, the hinge part is cheaply made so many units have the "screen blanking out" problem..... It's a defective design I think. Feel sorry for the people who bought this and the V300 units with defective screen. I would return it if your unit is still under warranty! good luck!!!!!!!

This phone is just tooooooo expensive with only 65k screen and VGA camera. You can get a 262k screen with a 1megapixel camera phone for this price!!!!!! expensive expensive and it's really cheaply made expecially the hinge.

Hey, I have some problem, i have had V878 3 months but right now my cellphone screen sometimes works but sometimes doesn't. i don't know how to do with it or can you sent to me. Well, i can not expense $500 dollars for cell phone but just use 3 months. please help me.

I think white color more suitable for gal, or women. so it definately will looks good on you. don't get the v690, as its size is bigger, v878 sleeker n more elegant...
