This phone is cool.I actually love it but the fact that it doesn't have an alarm make it limited because i'd love it to wake me up even in my hotel rooms when I travel.It's a feature that is missing

good phone only the way u answer calls is a pain in the arse. If there was a bluetooth handset which requires NO wires this phone would probably be one of the best around even now! A colour screen with MMS would bring this phone up to speed no end.

i have a problem and i am very upset, the screen on my v box is not working properly. the text is all distorted and it does not switch screens (ex. from main window displaying time to the quick menu.
i am unable to make outgoing calls.
i have only had the device for 8 mons, and it is trash. i am signed on a 2 yr contract.
can you do something about it?
if not i am switching companies, with out a doubt.
i am calling the dealer where purchased today.
