This phone must be for people who don't use their phone a lot. When I read down the DATA, all I saw was NO(except for USB). Why is Motorola making all these low-end phones? I want 3G, slim and sexy!!

IronMan, 08 Sep 2008I dont see a reason for this one; though Memory card; Java;... moreI have sympathy for you, and I'm betting the next move will be offering a 3.5mm jack for W270 as W271 (or whatever)...which my father-in-law is using.
I don't agree with the strategy of making minor upgrades and keep releasing "so called new phones" every week!
However, releasing dozens of models every month seems to be part of the reason why certain almighty brand succeeds, so others are trying to follow...(look at everybody else, don't they release simialr phones with minor upgrades?)
Personally I prefer ex-top-of-the-line phones over so called "new entry" phones, like Moto K1 over W510..

I dont see a reason for this one; though Memory card; Java; 3.5mm Jack and GPRS in a entry level is sweet. I dont understand why Moto had to release two almost similar phones like this. I have a W230 which as almost similar to this; they could have directly intoduced the features into this model that I have. In the end its expensive for them itself.

it's good for NSmen! haha, we can't bring phones with camera into our camps while service in the army. and this phone has an mp3 player, which is relatively valid for a non-camera phone. i like the keypad btw. haha

Unless this phone costs about $30 unlocked, I can't see why anyone would want it.
