Hi,
I have been using this phone for some time and I used answer questions here.
Here is my opinion about the phone: It is a very good phone for its price. As the name indicates [Moto Yuva W270 in India] it is made for young guys who love music. It has got all the basic features and is very stylish. Some people might find it difficult to use the keypad but that is because of its clamshell design. The music player is very good and even offers a fast forward and rewind feature. The CrystalTalk technology will reduce the ambient noise while talking. And it comes with a long battery life.

You can play songs continuously from a folder. Go to the multimedia option or simply use the music key to access the music player. Then open the folder in which the songs are stored and select 'play all'. When the player starts to play go to the options menu by pressing the centre key of the phone. From that menu select the repeat option. Three options will be there : none, one, all. If you want to turn off repeat select none. If you want to listen continuously to one file only [ie. the file which you are playing now], select one and if you want all songs to be repeated select all. It is very simple. Hope that you understand the procedure.

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2008I want the Driver for transferring songs from PC to phone. ... moreActually there is no need to install drivers just connect the phone to your PC using the USB cable and a message will appear on the screen of your mobile asking whether you want to connect the phone as a storage device. Select yes and within seconds you will see the device in 'My Computer'[if you are using XP]. Then simply copy the files into the music folder in it.

Jessica, 07 Dec 2008im planning to buy this phone, though there are disadvantag... more Yes. You can view pictures in this phone and you can use them as your wallpaper. But you can only see small pictures in it.ie. the size of the picture is a factor.
You can lock your messages if you want so that nobody can delete it. I don't think that you can prevent anybody from accessing a file. [I'm not sure about this. Actually I never tried for anything like that].

As of today, 12-10-2008, is this phone available at AT&T? Its features appear to be similar to the V150 which did not have a camera and I could use for receiving and making calls, viewing missed ones, received and dialed ones. I do not need or want a camera phone.

showing icon size image in galary pictures,
radio operating is difficult,
poor battery(if u use continues listening mp3 life time is 6hrs) and facing difficult in writing sms

I am using this phone.
I am too facing a lot of problems.
1 - Hard keypad.
2 - Worst image quality.
3 - Lacks bass.
4 - No connectivity even by USB.
5 - Small screen.
6 - Slow operating speed.
7 - No "ENTER" (change of line) funtion while typing SMS.
8 - Nothing can be stored in the in built memory via USB.

I bought my W270 3 months ago, and I have to say that I´m very glad with this mobile phone!!! I think it´s a great device for the price I´ve paid for it.
Does anybody know how can I set up my phone, so my name shows up on the display, intead of the logo of my mobile company? I´d like to have my name on the display...

1. Can I view a picture on this phone? Can I use it as my wall paper too?
2. About the security settings, does it have a feature that allows passwords before accessing a certain file?

This phone is tottaly.......... Man, i thaught it will have java. Bul foul I say. No great future but mp3 n crad slot. Even the net is slow. Boo a a a. Waste of money
