i hate it when i text in this phone ... it's so slow!! i hate it ... my nokia 1200 wa a little bit faster in texting than this one ~X( ... the music quality can't beat the music quality of my ipod shuffle ...

I am facing a problem with my handset.I try to send meesage(SMS)but could not do so because of unknown error.Also Music file is not open and when try to open,db corrupt error appears.Can you help me in this regard?I am very thankful to Yiu.

Motorola W388 is a great mobile. Main features are: MP3 player, FM Radio, VGA Camera, Micro SD 2G support(to store music, images, java aplications and games) and Java System to run aplications and games 2D and 3D.

my problem in my last mobile was battery,this recquest from me serve the mobile but now motorola w388 serve me it's workly mobile

I buy Motorola w388, at 28 day use my Hp was death damage at baterai and IC PA. for my experience, don't buy motorola w388. thank good for you do my advice because that product is bad quality

the phone doesnt work well... it fails on saving photos to sd card and messages... cannot connect to my pc and always need a reset... keeps on saying unsupported media format when opening pics or music... its a total headache... please help me...

Though is temporary but its better than taking out the battery everytime.

hello, is there anyone who could help me how to fix my screensaver because it doesn't work..is your screensaver work too??im only using the wall paper but i dont like much because there is a obstruction in the view like the talk n text or what ever and the date and time..is there anyone who could tell me how to hide it??i can only hide the icons..plz help me i relly need this.. thanx

if u dont hav it; ur software is outdated, so switch off remove battery then SIM do the reverse & switch on. It ll ask u 2 set time & date
