Your Factory Unlock Code Doesn't work mean its override by Carrier(Sprint)via Over the Air (OTA).You can Contact them and Ask for the new Unlock code.
Other wise you have Only one option and it is Direct Unlock via Sigmakey.

I am really annoyed with this phone. It locks up all the time and now i am to the point that I have to take the battery out, turn it off and wait any time I attempt to use the texting or e-mail portion of the phone. I get locked out totally and this phone is only a few months old. I am very disappointed in it.

Hi, I am in Panama. I got this phone for my girlfriend (he had a Blackberry and wanted something similar, but in Android), it is good and solid. We rooted it and removed several useless Sprint apps and features (like the network registration process at start up), the only thing we havent been able to fix is that whenever we dial *611 to call our Local Service Provider Customer Service, the phone automatically dials the Sprint Customer Service for Roaming users, not the local service. I cant find the way to remove that setting. Does someone else have this problem using the phone with another carrier outside US? Doesn anyone know how to fix it?

i am failed to use CDMA RUIM in this mobile. Lastly my mobile Operator told me that they need "Diagnostic Interface Driver" But i also fail to collect this driver. Is there anyone who can help to get this driver. Its Very urgent.

My Review of Motorola XPRT
Pretty sturdy and good feel structure.
Qwerty keyboard is small like that of blackberry.
The Display is good enough and smooth to the touch.
GSM+CDMA single Sim only.
5 MP dual LED camera.
The processor is pretty good and most of the apps run smoothly.
Not suited for big Games.
The Battery Life is simply awesome. Lasts around 1.5 days on 2G network.
It is perfect for Business and Office use.
Android rocks on any phone.
