Just bought it for 9000Rs from Indiatimes. Previous posts here say Samsung Ace Duos hangs too much and I didn't want to spend 20,000Rs on VC Desire (If I am gonna losen my pocket strings, it'll be for an LTE enabled fone). So Moto XT800 was my only option.
Working fine as of now. Will monitor performance for a month and come back with a complete review.

any one successfully update this phone to 2.2 or 2.3?
i see lot of articles on chinese websites regarding update to 2.2, 2.3. anyone tried them?

I am using this phone since 2 weeks. The only draw back I see in this is the Android 2.1. Hence you can't move apps to sd card. Is there any update availble to 2.2?

I m in love with my XT 800, I bought it in may 2010, since then I m very happy and satisfied consumer. Excellent performance. Now, if u buy this, it is a real value for money. U will never regret. Trust me for that.

Can anybody help me I want to talk over phone regarding this XT-800 mobile phone features becoz i want 2 busy as soon as possible but before buy this phone i have some queries...
My queries r below.
1. Is that any possibility to upgrade android 2.1 versions to any above version?
2. Internet is working on both Sims or any single Sim.
3. It have Wi-fi with hotspot feature (Can i use this phone as a modem or router). plss suggest after use this feature becoz it's very important query 4 me, i have totally work of Wi-fi with hotspot..
4. It's have front camera or not if its have so is it working?
5. Any major problem which anybody facing in this phone.
