Obviously, the Chinese market is bigger than anywhere else. If you want money, sell it in China. That's what Motorola just did.

yes, there is english, but all the android market is not there, there is instead a chinese version called gomarket which some apps are in chiense and you wont find facebook and twitter

My mother works for motorola mobility. There are tons of politics involved in the release of these phones. Each carrier needs for their contracts to expire in order for the to receive new phones. I'm sure if motorola could release this phone in the usa they would. If it were a wise business decision, but considering all of the new phones recently released it's not wise. CES is in a few days we will see what is up their sleeves soon enough.
