For some reason, I've never heard of such "serious" problems about Zn5 in HK or Taiwan...

dear sirs,i had mine since 25 november.i am really disapoint with the phone!i already send it fo service twice!once battery was not accepted!it was only 10 days phone!after stuck all the time!until now there is nothing else to fix!you capture a pict and try to return stand by mode and stuck!!go for message and you thing that the phone is thinging for every command you put but with slow response!and for all moto lovers i was waiting for this phone since i saw it first time!and something else i had z6 and is much faster and reliable than this!!!!!!!!!!!!note mem card is almost empty!45 mb in use!i try it also without!

Really sad to hear your story, and how long it will take to replace a unit.
In HK where I live, Moto (even through sub-contract service) offers free exchange for any problem within 14 days of purchase. All phones come with 1 year warranty (good in HK, Taiwan, mainland China and Macau) where in most cases phone can be repaired (more likely having the motherboard be replaced) within "one hour". (most likely 50 mins)
I've been using my Zn5 since Sept and I haven't encountered a single problem.

Im a little bit disappointed with motorola cause they always make a phone only in an average level. Specially start from 2 years ago. For example like zn5, which is only have gprs and edge but minus 3g. I know their target market is a country that doesnt have 3g or just start to develope 3g system like China and I know China can offer a huge market base on their people(no 1 population in the world), but what's a matter if they just put 3g on zn5? It will cost more for China people maybe, but with the quality I believe they still want to buy this phone, and also motorola can reach another market in country that have a 3g. I still cant understand with their maneuver...

This is a very capable phone, but as yet (6 Months +) there are no enough 3rd party softwares.. Android is getting many even b4 its release for mass market.. so why is Linux behind???

After phone is in picture mode. the volume key on top right hand becomes zoom key. Plus sign is zoom in and minus is zoom out.

can someone tel wer can i find some good softwares for this phone? i am getting sick without getting my phone installed with some goodies... and by the way, i cant install any themes for this phone even after trying with so many softwares which include theme manager, skinman, p2k tools. every time i lose my patience. pls help me. somebody.

And just what do you mean by no message viewer? BTW,why don't you do a bit of research before posting a comment? You are so immature...

Hi Guys,
Need your help. I need to install Mobile Office & PDF viewer in my ZN5. Where can I download it from?
Also my ZN5's Max volume level is 7.. can it be increased? (I read that in US version its 8)
Also I cant use Bass Boost while using any Equi. settings...

Hi guys, it's weird why some other guys or "one particular guy" has been trying to pin down Motorola here. It's very obvious, posting various negative comments with different names but with the same Encoded Location, for example, mine's been vV5B all the time. So watch out, it sounded as if there were many unfavourable comments but they all just came from one person.
