I've had enough! I took the phone back to Argos for a replacement charger, but they didn't have any. I went to Woolies who found a returned e101 and gave me the charger from that. It doesn't work either! NEC don't like repairing their phones, well they seemed very unhelpful on the phone. Worse still, the damn thing crashes on me now as well. So I am taking it back to Argos, and buying a Motorola C651.

Guys, I am still having problems with the charger. Regardless of whether the phone is off or on when I charge it, I have to really mess around with the charger before it works. I'm going to ring NEC and see how much a new charger is - ridiculous!

I've bought the new e101 model in London this month and I brought it to Brazil. The problem is that I can't use it here because it came with a O2 Ship. How can I unlock the phone?

If i ring up that number you sent me to sort out my mms on my NEC e101 how do i save my settings? sorry to keep bothering you.

Helen, yes the camera is on the battery side(back). It is just below where the aerial joins the case but about central. So when you flip the top open the lens it pointing away from you when you look at the screen. The'shutter' button is on the right hand side of the phone, about level with the number 3 button.

Wheres the blummin camera! Am i blind? or is it on the battery side of the phone which u can't see in the pictures!

Sara, have you tried putting the camera in Twighlight mode, it helps in low light conditions, might be best to leave it in that mode at all times.

Good fone and everything, but im just wondering where and how to download the games, im gettying very bored of raida, do u thinks its possible to get monopoly on the fone, or does anyone know of a site where i can download monopoly? thanx

Lovely little flip, sexy finish and all the features I would always go for :-) yes, there's a BUT coming :-( the camera needs a lot of light to take a decent pic and the texting is a bit weird to get used to, especially after being used to a Nokia (but then, that's ALWAYS the way!!) what the camera lacks the composer makes up for tho', I could write a fugue! Sum up? A pretty good fone ;-)

I'm thinking of buying this phone but where is the camera? It says there one but where is it? Also, are the pictures taken of good quality? Really clear?

Hi, i recently bought a NEC e101 and is is fine one thing about it is that the back of the phone, battery cover, has broke on me fone. I was wondering if i would be able to buy anouther one.

the camera zoom changes with the Photo size, in camera mode go to options then to photo size, VAG 640x480 there is no zoom, QVGA 230x240 there is zoom x2, and QQVGA 160x120 there is zoom x4
